This place is a joke. Half time drinks are incorrect (twice last week and one time last week all 3 of my drinks were wrong). Today I ordered a in store pick up and it was closed. Don’t have in store pickup option if you’re not open. This is worse location I’ve ever gone to.

A medium drink shouldn't be $10. The Tariffs have arrived. Dont but corporate. Buy local! Go to cannon coffee. Or river bottom roasters. Anywhere but here.
Took way too long to get 2 drinks. Sat in drive thru for 30 min. Ridiculous
Everyone working was so cute and sweet. My drink was made quick and tasted good :)

I gave this Starbucks an 1. They're missing a poster I see in the South in these states, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Yes even Florida. I know Maryland is not on his jurisdiction of the governor of Florida.
The staff is marvelous.
There's a vast diverse range of customers at this place which is impressive.
But they're missing a a poster from June which all the other Starbucks kept up. That makes me wonder, was that the managers choice or did a Karen come in and complain about something?
I haven't had the food yet. But come on this is Maryland!!! Not Alabama or Mar largo. I have to check out a couple more Starbucks to figure it out. First time in this city and this area. I'm originally from the north, Jersey to be exact.

Terrible customer service. I waited forever for my mobile order at the counter, only person in there. Tried to get the workers attention but was continually ignored. Ending up waiting in the drive thru. Too busy fixing drinks they had messed up

Can't complain about a Starbucks. They never disappoint. Even with the line being very long it was very totally understanding since it was in a very busy location but again with the line being very long we were able to get through rather quickly.

So, I didn't noticed i left my wallet home and I asked them for a free Trenta Pink drink. They gave it to me. If that's doesn't deserve a 10 star review, i don't know what does. You can't change my mind about the people or this Starbucks.

I’m aware that Starbucks changed its policy on January 27th, but I had already ordered a drink and was sitting in the store. After returning from the restroom, I asked for a cup of ice water. The way the staff questioned me—asking if I had actually purchased a drink—was unnecessarily confrontational and rude. It felt like I was being accused of something. Honestly, it was disrespectful and completely uncalled for. I’ve always known Starbucks to offer water without an issue, and even with the new policy, there’s a right way to speak to customers. That employee’s attitude ruined the experience for me.

This seems to be my daughters pick for grabbing a drink on the go. She loves the selection.
I'm not sure I'm sold on the hype, but it definitely keeps her and others coming back.
We ordered two drinks that totaled a hefty amount of cash, and she knew to just pay it before I had a chance to complain about the cost.
I'm newly diagnosed with diabetes after going through rigorous cancer treatments, and finding something low or no sugar is a task. This experience was not necessarily a bad one, but the drink I chose was heavily impacted by the taste of sugar substitute when using sugar-free syrup. I'm not a fan.
She loved her drink. So, it's not a total loss.
The staff is pleasant, and the line moves steadily.
