Don't order any cold drinks! They use tap water, and it actually tastes like a dirty sink! I would have asked for my money back, but I was already up the road. It's like we live in a third-world country 🫢

Iced gingerbread chai in soy is so good..also@ pumpkin, iced latta n soy. .And an old fav .. All yr is iced mocha peppermint.. latta, n soy milk, with chocolate pearls .Thank u starbucks.. For having great, flavorful drinks.. i am addited..To more then one ,now .. 3 as u see hehe..

This Starbucks is always so welcoming I enjoy coming here and working and I always am welcomed with the workers and They’re smiles they have pride in what they do here at Starbucks and always make fresh coffee ps Xan is such a kind sole !

This Starbucks used to be really on it. Now it’s so slow that people just give up and leave the line. If you really want your drink you’re going to be waiting a long time in the drive-thru. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or if the staff is just not quick at all. Also, sometimes your drink will not be in a filled cup, there will be an inch or so plus of space in your cup. So you’re waiting forever for a poorly made drink now. Such a bummer.
You only get 3/4 of your cup with actual coffee in it. Its a scam

Worst matcha latte I’ve ever gotten from a Starbucks. It was dark green barely any milk, and the match was floating around in chunks. 11-10-25 2:30pm. Not busy at all when I got there.
I’m a customer probably more than 15 years twice a day and always get drinks for my employees and all the workers know me there, today. I experience very disappointed in Service me and my colleague were in the line and maybe six car behind us waiting patiently and the car cut us right front of us almost hit the my side door when I comfort her, she started Verbally assaulting me. which is I have a video of fit in license plate. Security showed up to us and told us they were not going to be served again. Waited in the line 37 minutes And the customer was served on top of that follow me and show me a middle finger. This was my last business with them deleted the app, even though I had so much money in that.
This store is usually busy but they do get the orders right and the people are nice. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato at the drive through this morning. When I took the cup, it seemed light but I left because I had an appointment. When I had a chance, I took the lid off. I was surprised to see that the cup was about 2/3 full. I paid over $6.00 for this. Guess I'll find another store to get my coffee.

I’ve have been a customer for many years at this location and usually they have super fast service and up until the last few months lines are wrapped around the building and the wait times are insane. I placed an online order before I left my home 18miles away, finally got to menu board in drive-through and it was still being worked on.

Randall is the first colleague in a Starbucks to not ask me to repeat my name. In addition to that, he didn’t ask me to spell my name for the order but he got it right. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Very helpful in assisting with my app. I would highly recommend Randall for employee of the month. Without hesitation, when I asked about sweet treats, Randall listed off options from the top of his head. The coffee arrived exactly as ordered with milk on side. Thank you
