The workers were very polite, courteous extremely quick, not one complaint atmosphere was beautiful place was clean. Restrooms were spotless. Coffee was great everything you expect from Starbucks. Wonderful experience will definitely go there again.

Went in earlier around 2pm ordered my drink and everyone that was with me. They didn’t make my husband’s drink right the hot chocolate didn’t taste like hot chocolate. It tasted like pure water with tiny bit chocolate sauce. My drink wasn’t made right either Tasted like they just blended up milk and chips in it. And my sister’s drink Tasted disgusting. We were in a hurry so we couldn’t have them remake it and this is the third time I’ve went there and they had no straws like they don’t get new shipment in. They have no big straws for the Venti cups.Won’t be coming back to this one. Seems like everyone’s lazy there.

Good Starbucks...been here several times...inside and drive-through...no issues. The only thing I'd say about Starbucks in general is to look closely at the sugar content in whatever you order. It's insane and extremely unhealthy. You will be shocked.
Great little place, sometimes so extremely busy with mobile orders that customers who are actually in the store will have to wait, quite a while just to order. I know offering drive thru, mobile and in store is a lot for a small place so it may be good to figure out a better system so all may receive the care and attention. Let's face it the drive thru is convenient, mobile orders are quick and easy but for the in store customer, we get to smell, see interact with the store, the employee and the merchandise. I am more inclined to walk away with more when in store than running thru drive thru lor mobile ordering. I just realized I 2as reviewing the Hagerstown Starbucks this review was meant for Martinsburg Foxcroft location.

This is a great store. Gets very busy in the mornings but that doesn’t slow them down. They pump out orders better than most Starbucks I’ve been to. Friendly staff, clean location, plenty of parking, drive through moves quickly.
