They have no clue what they are doing. Continually serving cookie crumble as frappe chips. Virginia avenue Starbucks is great. They use the correct ingredients and do not fight with loyal customers who love frappe chips and are not idiots and can tell the difference between cookie and chocolate. I hope the district manager reads these and takes note. Virginia Avenue is awesome. Not so much this store.

Great experience at this location! It is located inside of Martin's and is really solid. Super convenient to hit up while grocery shopping, probably the nicest Martin's store in Hagerstown out of the 3!

the baristas here always go the extra mile! the coffee tastes the best out of any Starbucks in town, the people are super nice, incredible atmosphere overall! highly recommend :)
Terribly slow. Always having problems. Not prepared. Under staffed. I have been trying to get a coffee for the last 4 mornings and still not able to do to every thing I listed. Today there was 3 of us waiting and we all had to leave. There were 2 employees and they were both struggling.
