I always have a good experience here, even when they are bogged down by many costumers. Victoria is a ray of sunshine and I’m always happy to see her, as I know she’s going to be bright and speedy and concise and it will be a smooth transaction. I wish all stores had a Victoria.

Can’t wait for their manager Spencer to come in so he can hear about how the girl in the red apron (no name tag) rolled her eyes when told I asked for cold foam instead of whipped cream, instead of making it or using a scoop she used the lid with her bare hands to scoop it out and the foam on top and slammed the drink on counter all while muttering under her breath ❤️❤️ of yeah and my drink tasted like soap. It’s as simple as this, if you are so inconvenienced by other people and their orders.. DON’T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE..?

Every single time I have ordered a hot tea with liquid sweetener and not one time has the sweetener been added. Just plain hot tea. Gross!
This was the second time my coffee order was not what I asked for. I can't stand all the sugar so I always ask for half sweet. Not only was it not half sweet but tasted twice as sweet. I couldn't drink it. Second time I had to toss the coffee in the trash. The guy taking my order was friendly and clearly wrote half sweet on my cup. Whoever makes the coffee doesn't seem to care.
