Their sign says they open at 8 AM Monday through Thursday and 8 AM Friday and Saturday with different closing times and open 9 AM to 9 PM on Sunday. They are not open at 8 AM nor have they ever been every time I come. Either the manager needs to wake up and make his workers show up on time or the manager needs to change the hours or quite frankly stop being so lazy if they’re the ones that run it. The sign is flashing open, but there’s nothing.

The worse subway in Hagerstown! Do not waste your money. I have given these people multiple chances and they can NEVER get my order right when I order online. They also skimp on ingredients!!

Ordered tonight online around 8:45pm, store closes at 9:30pm. Upon arrival at 9:10, the store is completely dark. I walk in to let them know that I am there for a pickup that stated it was ready on my app. The lady at the register was very rude, she asked my name which I provided. She then says, “oh we were going to call you, we don’t have the bread you selected.” I then said “oh okay, can you make them on another kind?” She stated “Um I guess we can”. I look around and all of the machines are off. They then began getting all of the items out, made my sandwiches while slamming things around angrily. While leaving, I politely told them to have a great night and was rudely ignored. I then approached the door and see one of the employees make a gesture as if he was going to hit me. I turned around and asked for a managers name and explained that I seen what gesture he made in the reflection of the window. They provided managements named and I stated that i would be making a phone call to speak with their manager tomorrow.

Its pretty average stuff at this location and chain. Bread portions seemed small but maybe that is the whole company. Better bang for your buck at the competitor locations unfortunately. Definitely comfort/nostalgia eatting here, at one point it was the best sub shop in the world. Didn't get much shredded cheese on my sub

My husband and I stopped for a sub the other day. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and pleasant. Our subs were made up promptly. The ingredients looked fresh. The best Subway that I've been to in the Hagerstown area.

Can't deny the food is delicious. But I paid $26.94 for 2 plain steak and cheese footlongs. No toppings just the basic meat and cheese. No meals. No drinks. So unless this is made from steaks cut by the hand of God himself from an animal who eats golden grass; even then around about of $30 is absurd to me. $18 would make more sense. Who's to blame for the inflation prices of Subways menu?
Parking: Somewhat decent. Parking lot spaces up front and around both sides of building complex. Small little complex of about 4 businesses, try the pastry shop if you can!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not entirely ideal. You have to get up over a curb.

Location has plenty of parking, the store itself looked like it could use a good deep clean but wasn’t horrible. Employee came from the back a few moments after walking in. When they are making subs watch carefully she had her big ole arm on two of my subs . Whats the point of the gloves if your nasty arm is going to be laid in my food. Then don’t let them reach for something then their shirt is in your food like if you can’t hold your far arms or stomach from my food I don’t want it
