Went in about 10:45am on Dec 4th to grab what I thought would be breakfast. Turns out they did not have a breakfast menu. I in turn started to order from a older lady with grey streaks in her hair( could not get name no name tag) she was on her blue tooth talking away in Spanish while I was trying to order. I thought she would have said something to I’ll call you back I got a customer ,but she continued to talk away. I thought this was unprofessional and inappropriate. When you have a customer you need to hang up and call whoever back when you are free to do so. She might have been a manager. she was by herself. Another employee came in a few minutes later.

They need more training. Currently, it's like minors are running the store and close earlyMight as well say you this site closes at 8:00-8:45pm or by mood of the night shift employee door will be lockedYou plan to get food delivered and pick a different location to be sure it does get done and is complete.

It isn't too hard to figure out why there is a pandemic looming again. A stop at Subway can show quickly how easy these potentially deadly germs are passed out to the oblivious patrons with their orders. Just observe the way these servers - serve. Even if they use gloves, they touch themselves, their phones, the money, and back again to the food. Frankly, it's terrifying! Beware - I have never seen a Subway that actually uses the proper- clean technique to handle the food. Sadly, I see it at nearly every sandwich shop and restaurant. They simply don't care about safe food handling. The only way to be sure is to stop eating out; that's what we've done. ####

We have been going to the Dual Highway Subway location for many years. I always order several footlong subs for my family. I often use a coupon and there has never been a problem in the past. This time I placed my order and gave the associate my coupon. She said that they don't honor coupons anymore. I replied that I use coupons at this location many times. She said that the owner will not longer accept coupons and she showed me a handwritten paper list that was taped on the plexiglass shield. I paid for my order but I won't be returning back to this Subway location again. I guess the owner can make up their own rules but you have lost a loyal customer. I will order lunch from another restaurant.

As soon. As I walked up to the counter, Kay looked up and said, "I have a big door dash order." While processing exactly what she was trying to communicate she stated, "you are going to have to wait." Before I could respond she then said, "do you understand what I am saying?" I said, "yea, it sounds like you want me to go somewhere else". Kay said, "unless you want to wait". I waited. She made 2 subs for a door dasher and then made my food. She wasn't happy. I clearly should have listened to her and took my business elsewhere. Next time I'm on a lunch break and need to " fuel my journey", I will. Then, the food was average as expected. I hope the parent company that owns dunkin and just bought subway can do better.

When I came in, I just came in for a simple ballad and the lady who was there on August 17th 2023 at 10:50 in the morning. I don't know what was wrong with her. She didn't listen to a freaking thing said. I asked for the green peppers and onion toasted on the meat with the sauce because it tastes better that way and she smiled and told me yes and then goes and puts the naked chicken strips in the oven anyway after i asked her not to. Then im trying to tell her my put ins for my salad and she just starts trying to put random things i didnt ask for in there. She tried to upsell me several times and not only when i came in and was waiting after she finished with the person in line in front of me she take bread out of the oven and puts more in. I left upset and wishing i just went to another subway that always gets my orders correct because they actually listen

They pick and choose which parts of your DoorDash order to follow and which to ignore. I got the right meat, but the wrong amount; the right cheese but the wrong amount; NO sauce; a pile of dry spinach; and the right bear, but not at all toasted. Thanks, guys - I was already having a bad day.
