I go to this Subway about once a week. Usually receive good service until today. A young lady waited on my friend and I. She had shoulder length dark hair and extremely poor customer service skills.Even though we were about 2 feet away at best, she forgot what I asked for. She then wrapped both of my friend and I subs very sloppy ( paper falling off).During this time a truck driver came in and told her she didn't cut his sub in half and it was difficult to eat.There were no apologies to any of us.Will need to find another Subway that has some people skills.Parking: Parking is difficult.

So we got a few subs and a bowl here for lunch and all the cucumber were slimey and had to be removed before we could eat. Also we ask for light mayo and extra lettuce on one sub but wasn't follow. This was a picked up order so didn't find out until we got back home.

Had to wait on the only employee to get done smoking so she could come make our food with a line behind us. Had to ask multiple times what we wanted on simple subs and still put the wrong stuff on while standing right in front of us.. First time to this location, and I do not recommend it unless you need gas and food.

Want to give a huge shout out to mrs.pam on the night shift at the subway on Sharpsburg pike Hagerstown she is aways alone with no help and lots of work and she is always so nice and pleasant and does a great job making our subs in a friendly,timely manner she doesn't just slap it together and send us on our way with a big mess thank you mrs.pam you are the only reason we drive the extra distance to come to that store. We will see you again soon you deserve a big raise so I hope your boss sees this that place is lucky to have you
They never follow instructions on orders, every time I've ordered here it's always been screwed up. Waste of time, money, and gas coming to this subway location. It's a shame it's the only one open 24/7

Stop there with some co-workers...i made a mistake of going along with the crowd..nothing really bad about the experience..was just not happy with the innards of the sub..i mean..i ate mostly bread..i asked for double meat..but still the ration of bread to the meat was still way off..but its my fault..i know how it is at a subway..i could have gotten a slim jim at the gas station and been ok with that

This subway is one of the better subways in the city, I only gave it 4 stars because of the customer service. When me , my daughter and wife walked in there on Saturday (05.28.22 at 10:15 pm)there was a line with maybe 6 or 7 people and there was only one girl doing her job I felt bad for her , this poor girl was running hard. She came out and yelled for help I at first thought she was alone but a girl named Pam was there and she totally ignored her call n kept having a conversation with the lady at the register.
