Associate working issue. Myself and 7 year old came in at 8:40 pm and were refused service as the lady working stated they were closed. I thought perhaps we missed it at 8:30 but then looked up the time and saw 9:00 pm. Myself and child went to the grab and go section at Walmart after very delayed travels from the interstate being shut down, thankfully we were at a Walmart and not a stand alone store. As we checked out I watched as the associate was continuing her video phone call. We left Walmart at 8:58 pm.

Employees are VERY RUDE ! I came back to get my free sub due to a sub prior that had RAW bacon on it , along with the sandwich not being correct. THEY WONT EVERRRR have to worry about me coming back to this location , if it helps go to the rocs in Martinsburg off of Shepherdstown Rd with the subway connected to it , the sandwiches are made with love , unlike here where they just don’t care

I really like their foot long tuna sandwich with lettuce, ? tomatoes, pickles, black olives, onions, green pepper, cucumbers and a little mustard which was absolutely ? delicious. I enjoy every bite. ? yum yum 5 ????? stars rating for Subway!!!!

Great staff, and very clean. However 4 stars because I'm unsure of the hours. They do not open at 7am as stated and they close before 10pm often. However you can get some Walmart shopping done while you wait if you aren't in a rush

The owner sent me a email for a free sub because the last meatball sub I got there was cold. When I showed the email to the manager there she claimed that they don’t give out free subs by a email. She refused to give me the free sub. My family and I will not be going to this subway again. Since the manager was rude and pretty much told me I was a liar. If that is how they do business I don’t want to eat at that subway or any that is owned by this person. I am not the type of person to lie just for a free sub
