If you're looking for a solid taco bell with employees that are giving an effort to make their customers happy, then this is your place. So many times I've been here and they just don't miss. The staff, even over the years through turnover, have always been great. The place seems clean and and I've never been disappointed with their food. Taco Bell as a whole has gotten better, and this place is no exception. 🙌

Kid with the orange ends was fabulous(taking drive thru orders) he was a sweetheart and so kind the entire experience (the kitchen staff and manager not so much) he tried to find alternatives for myself and my husband. The kitchen staff yelling and laughing (which I could hear in my car from my car in the drive thru) about the fact that it was 2am and they had no beans was wild. I have never had this experience here and have alway had great service and have never had a problem with getting my meals subbed with beans(I don’t eat meat… all alternatives should be available at all times ). The disrespect and complete disregard for other people’s needs and dietary needs is crazy in my opinion. The manager on duty did not say a thing to her staff working the kitchen about yelling about the situation nor try to fix the situation with her disruptive staff (besides the guy with the orange hair). Like I said this is the first I have EVER had to deal with this BS at this establishment and the young man with the orange ends was an absolute sweetheart and was so kind and thoughtful. The management needs a re-up because she has issues and so does the kitchen staff for this evening 11/16/25 @ around 2:00AM

Food was great. Clean restaurant. We had to order at the counter because kiosk was not working correctly but they promptly took our order.

I ordered a baja blast freeze and they told me after I ordered and gave me a soft drink cup instead.. and the freeze machine didn’t have any lights that indicated it wasn’t working. there’s also a price difference between the two.. horrible service overall

I went to this place on Mega Avenue Hagerstown I ordered the cantina Chicken bowl I paid for extra Meat $1.75 and what they gave me was a Table Spoon of Meat
