I experienced a pretty dramatic experience in the store today. All the employees were out back when there were customers in the store. No one to take orders. I made a mobile order for pickup even before I left work. I work about 10 minute away. Orders are supposed to be done when customer gets there via mobile app. I waited another 20 minutes for my food and when I asked them about it they laughed and thought it was a joke. The boy with the nose ring should be fired on the spot for treating customers the way he does.

This is also not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Grubhub orders take forever. They make one order at at time for drive thru and make you wait at the speaker while they’re making food for the person at the window

Only Taco Bell in Hagerstown that’s on point with everything is Dual hwy

The food was ok. But my son was eating his nacho grande and found a short black hair in it 🤮. He didn’t want the rest and I don’t blame him. the cooks should really be wearing hair nets!!!!

Y’all really need to work on your employees and management at this Taco Bell. When I went in, an employee walked in smelling awful and didn’t even wash their hands. That’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, customer service is terrible — they don’t give you the right food half the time and take forever just to take an order. This place seriously needs better training and leadership. This used to me my local Taco Bell but not anymore.

Every time we come to this Taco Bell we end up waiting in the drive-thru for at least 10 minutes every time If not longer and last time I tried to call them to see what was going on while I was in the drive-thru and the phone just rang and rang and rang I don't know what they're doing in there but waiting in line for 15 minutes just to get to the speaker to order is ridiculous!

Came through the drive thru to get breakfast but was sadly disappointed to find out this taco bell doesn’t serve breakfast. That isn’t the real issue, the problem is the rude young lady who was on the other end of the machine. She got smart when she told me they didn’t serve breakfast, and also added, “we stopped in September” in a snippy tone, as if I was supposed to know that. 1 star for scoffing at customers and trying to make them feel stupid.
