The food was ok but the price was too much I paid for 2 orders of 2 tacos and a Coca Cola $ 24 dollars it was almost $ 5.50 for each taco.

the employees here are SO RUDE. I got the wrong order through Uber & instead of letting me talk he just kept yelling over the phone about how it is not their fault they just pack up what’s on the receipt. I was just trying to find out if I could place a new order for what I ACTUALLY WANTED but didn’t even get a chance. SOOOO RUDE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Horrible customer service. I ordered 5 steak tacos and 3 birra tacos with cosome (charged extra for the cosome?" My tan came to $27, keep in mind the steak tacos were only $2. Service was slow, but I figured they will be worth the wait. The packed up my order and I asked the owner "are the sauces in there?" His respond is "yes." I come home to find 5 dry tacos with no sauce "salsa." so my daughter and I ate 1 Birra taco apiece that was far from being good. Looked in my fridge for some leftover salsa but came up dry. Called Carlitos to explain about the salsa. I told him that I was just there and I didn't receive any salsas. He hung up on me...tried to call back..no answer. Callef from a different number, he screamed at me "what do you want me to do?" Then hung up the phone again. I am furious at this point, I loaded all the remaining food and drove back to FSK mall. When I arrived pissed and spoke to him..he tried to tell me that the worker that served me was new. I set the record straight that it was him(owner,) that told me this. I said either give me my money back or give me fresh food. He refunded the money for the food that wasn't ate..but he has lost respect from a customer who would have recommended him

Coming from CA I have been missing and craving good traditional Mexican food! This place is legit and everything they make is very traditional and not Americanized (Like every other place I’ve found in MD) which I love!! Tacos Carlitos made this pregnant women very very happy! Highly recommend the tacos!
Do not come to the Frederick location on a weekday evening. The food is not fresh as I am guessing they are slow and not cooking fresh. When the owner is not there the customer service is horrible. Will not come back. It's sad because I had great service last time.

So I assumed these tacos would be great based on reviews but once I saw the menu I figured it wouldn’t be great. It feels like they are trying to offer to many different kind of foods for the size of place they run. All the meat was pretty dry (kept under heating lamps probably). Instead of quality they aim for quantity. But given that this area doesn’t offer much Latin food I can see why this place is rated to highly.

I live in Cleveland, but whenever I'm traveling nearby I make a point to visit. Everything on the menu reminds me of growing up in southern California. From the hand-made tortillas to the delicious carne asada and carnitas, Tacos Carlitos makes the best tacos I've ever had.

I really wish I could give it zero stars. First off the lady was very rude and smart. They do not go over what they offer . I asked for something and instead of saying it extra she just was flat out no and rude about it. If you are reading this may you just act professionally a bit more. I will not be returning to this location. The one in the mall is way better from customer service to them dry taco meat she was serving I was going to take my food back but I just threw it away . Never again .
