Armando did absolutely amazing at catering my wedding. I didn't even notice them set up or take down, they didn't need much directions and did exactly as what was needed. I had guests telling me during and after the wedding how much they enjoyed the food - and the fact they wiped the Taco Bar completely out is definitely proof of it. Their set up was so nice too! I especially appreciate that Armando personally made me and my husband a plate of food as we didn't get food before the guests and were completely swamped. I got to at least eat a little bit as the night went on! Thank you again so much, and if we ever need catering again, we'll definitely be back. And of course, we love coming to the Hagerstown location for the giant taco and their empanadas!! Really everything they make is delicious - which is why it was a no brainer to have them cater. đ

Food was cold and asked them why they sed u took to long to eat it which was a lie cause as soon as I took the first bite when they gave me the food it was cold they literally looked at me and didnât give a shit so I asked for a box to go and took it home to warm it up
This is my second time coming here and I just love there esquites and their birria tacos ? have to come back and try other things on the menu too. Tacos were a good size for what we paid for ? by the way itâs just at a mall court but that doesnât mean the food ainât good ??

But it clean tables, chairs & floors and this was at closing time, 8pm. 3 for Service bc I cldnt get thru on the phone to preorder and was to leave a message, returned call an 1 1/2 hr later. The phone line was for catering calls! 2 websites had different closing hours 830&900 & wrong phone #âs. We wld have missed dinner, they closed at 8 bc the Mall closed at 8!! Glad I called earlier in the day as I was planning theatre times afterwards. Only a 3 for food bc Birria Pizza (most expensive item 25.99) is now 2 whole inches smaller and 1/2â thinner; as well as thinner crust⊠definitely less beef but w/great cheese pull but didnât want cheese for my supper, I wanted that terrific tender BEEF!!! 5 stars for the taste! As well as the Carne Asada and Raspberry Mango Daiquiri & The Desserts!!! Chocolate (cake) Flan oh my my my!! And TiramisuâŠYass! I was very upset with the woman who Iâm guessing is Upper management or owner the way she spoke to her employees; very nasty and condescending. The young man I spoke with on the phone and then waited on us later cldnt have been any more pleasant! On the phone you cld hear & feel the smiles, warmth & Happiness to Serve! Answering ?â, offering info & descriptions & suggestions w/happy eagerness. And apologies for missed call, wrong website info & inconvenience for early closing but offered to still take orders during clean up/closing. And He Did! I seen him waiting on people as we sat and thoroughly enjoyed our/âMyâ Birthday mealâŠ!!! Give that young man a raise! A Bonus for Employee of The Year! Especially for putting up with that woman! I almost spoke to her about the rudeness

Changing from 5 stars to one because of my recent experience. The woman making empanadas had gloves on, then checked people out at the register, touching everything with the same greasy gloves, then got things out of the cooler also with the same gloves. After touching everything, she went back to handling raw food with the very same gloves. When I mentioned it she denied it, although I was watching the entire time. Unhygienic and lacking integrity, which is a bummer bc I actually liked their food.

If I could give a negative star!!!!! I was going to buy at this place and when I was waiting I saw the man serving grabbing all the food without gloves and then cleaning his hand on his pants. ? I asked if he didn't wear gloves and his answer was "is this good for you?" I said no but I was going to buy from you and he said well you can go somewhere else and see if they wear gloves and then kept on saying stuffs. He was extremely rude !!! If the owners see this he's the one without a hand.
The lady at the register was extremely rude but the lady who brought my food out was nice! Food was very bland and dry no flavor I ordered the biggest taco 2/10 nachos 5/10 and elote 0/10

Who told them they could cook? The tortillas were falling apart, the meat was tough and unseasoned. The chicken looked boiled. The only thing good was the salsa Verde. Mexican NOT!!! 0/10 Wouldn't RECOMMEND. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

This use to be my Favorite Taco place.The gentleman that cooked here two years ago; Please come back!It was not authentic, the tortilla was Soggy, and meat was BLAND 3.89 each Taco and i had to put a tortilla from home to actually eat it.The service was quick, The lady who served us was nice and friendly.The Guacamole was Good ?!
