Floors were very slippery and manager had us wait for almost a hour while a server came from his house to wait on us, crazy

Great shrimp appetizer, followed by filet medallions entrée and zero room for dessert. Also, had the 20oz ribeye which was delicious.

Recently I placed a To Go order. I was in the mood to try something different so I ordered the pulled pork with a baked potato. My wife wanted a baked sweet potato and a salad. When I got home they packed my wife's sweet potato, with melted marshmallows which of course melted all over my pulled pork. YUK! Really? You couldn't pack her potato in a separate small container? Also, with our salads we always ask for extra dressing and rarely ever get it. Why offer it to customers if you never give it to them? It's going to be a long time before I return there if I return at all. Western Sizzler is much better!

The potatoe skins have been very stiff both times ordered when picked up on time. Otherwise very good steak and love the corn

Actually had the best meal I've gotten here the other day. Service was a little too attentive but overall decent.

Ordered 6oz steak with the 2 bbq breasts meal, steak was dry and had a char smell burn, it smelled really bad, the bbq chicken i got was only 1 pieces and was dry, hard on outside and only 1/2 thick suppose to get 2 pieces, didn't even get offered refill on my drink. They generously took $7 of my meal.. long wait for food so didn't want to take my food back wanted to go home, last time I'll stop at this one.

Our server Kyle was great! They were able to make me foods safe for me to eat due to my food allergies (THANK YOU!!). Others in my party loved the fresh, homemade rolls (I’m allergic, so couldn’t eat them, but they looked amazing!).
The only downside was the extra long wait. We were told 30-40 minutes, but the wait was over 50 minutes. It was the day after Valentine’s Day, so I’d guess this wasn’t normal. You can make reservations online, I’d highly suggest it!

Dietary restrictions: I let them know my allergies and they worked to make me a great meal!

Passing through last night and we wanted steak for dinner. It was very busy as it was Valentines and we knew we were going to have to wait a while and were ok with that.
Finally got to our table and the server was not the happiest but no biggie I am sure she was over worked cause of the occasion, place was hopping.
Asked if she had cider and she said no, asked if she had spiked seltzers and she said no. So settled for water. After she went away we looked at the menue and there behold they have angry orchard cider (no surprise, is a chain and if one has they all will. Not our first visit)
I ordered the 8 oz sirloin and she had the 8 oz NY Strip, both steaks asked to be cooked medium. She had mashed pots and gravy with green beans and I had chilli with mashed potatoes and gravy.
I received my chili very quick instead of with our meal, tasted good but was a bit concerned when I god to the bottom of the cup and there was fried chicken pcs in the bottom, so I stopped eating, no thanks.
Our meals arrive and both steakes you could tell were way over cooked and we were not even asked to cut in them to verify they are cooked properly as they are supposed to do, no biggie they were busy I guess.
The biggest issue I had was the size of my steak, supposed to be an 8 oz sirloin but smaller in diameter than my mashed potato bowl and was a very thin fatty grissle cut, see picture I posted. Both her and my steak were well done and no pink at all and dry unfortunately. First time I had this issue at any Texas Roadhouse. I never return food because well I have seen the movie waiting and recomend the rest of you do as well.
I will chalk this up to a fluke due to Valentines and they were busy but the quality was definately lacking.
Not sure if we would stop back by this one on our way home.

Boy this place is popular. Sweet spot for many around here and many that are willing to wait 30+ minutes to eat (our wait was 45). Selected my own steak (20 oz ribeye) and requested cook temp that was delivered right on the money. Our server was great, manager seemed a bit tired but she was running a good ship. You get to observe the kitchen waiting and I observed no conflicts brewing which usually translates into fine service. Guys on the grill knew their job. We have found meat cuts here in MD to be much better than NC and kitchen here runs better. The two may be connected.
