When I got to the restaurant I had to wait a long time for a pick-up order. I asked to use restrooms while I waited and was told no because I didn't buy anything. Well, it's almost like I'm working for that restaurant for delivery orders, so would they tell the workers in the store no for paying customers only, or would they be able to use the restrooms?

Wen went last night bartender and hostess was amazing my wife got a chicken sandwich it was so over cooked we couldn't even tell it was chicken by looking at it my bread steaks was horrible

Definitely would not recommend eating there. Food is way over priced. The server had no idea what she was doing and she got an automatic tip of $50 because we had a party of 9 and we’re not told that. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. The bathroom were absolutely disgusting. Our food took forever to be brought to us. I will definitely not be going back there.

I ordered the chicken AL Pastor Bowl for the 2nd time and it was practically half the size. I was so excited to get it the second time because the flavor was so great but I was so disappointed with the serving size. Attached is a menu picture and unfortunately I didn't take a photo of my meal but it was quite different. It was much smaller and served on a plate even though it's called a bowl. (Not that big of a deal but you get my point). When I mentioned it to our waitress she said it can vary depending who is cooking. I don't think that's how it's supposed to work. Just do better and be consistent.

The food was good besides the Mac and cheese was a little watery and the garlic butter wasn't good.Their services was excellent.The bathrooms were nasty though.
We paid $113 for food we could not eat. Whoever works there on Tuesday evenings is not cut out for the kitchen. I don’t even think there was pepper on my Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, much less any sauce at all

Wife and I frequent Hagerstown location for our lunch dates. Dragon glazes salmon and apperizers are highly recommended. Service is amazing, especially when Adam (the bomb diggidy) is there, fast, friendly, and just on top of everything. Relaxing and option to play the jukebox right from your seat so you can set whatever mood you want.
Hubs and I always come here for lunch! Food is great and it’s a great atmosphere. Adam is awesome and always on top of everything.

Adam did a great job. Our Food was good, beer and martini were delicious, however the booth seat had a big rip and the table was old and kind of sticky

Seated quickly, went down from there. The table was sticky. The waiter was also the bartender.He wasn't able to get to us for probably seven minutes or so, The hostess took our drink order, But apparently she could not get the beer, Waiting and waiting and waiting seemed like forever. We felt like getting up and leaving.Since all we have gotten so far was a glass of water. The bartender brought the they are over and realize. We didn't have the specials menu, so you got those took a quick glance at those. We ordered our food and while we were waiting. We don't know we noticed some ants on the table since nobody was really around most of the night. We killed them with a napkin. The food came out mine was okay, wilted lettuce, bueger room temp Nothing that makes me want to say.I want to go back there again. My girlfriends chicken looked like it was overcooked, Looked very dark Brown, some spots, even black and looked Greasy, maybe dirty fryer oul too. She said it tasted greasy, but it was late and we retired and , didn't want to wait for somebody to come around, to try to send it back because we had somewhere else we needed to be. They forgot some of her order, and she asked for a mayonnaise. The mayonnaise brought out had a chunk that looked like it had been sitting out as it was getting that dark, yellow shiny, oily area to it, She avoided that area. The waiter said, thanks for being patient. I'm going to get you a coupon for a free meal.My girlfriend said to me, doesn't matter, I'm never coming back here again. Not long after she went to bed, she got woken up about 2am with stomach cramps and diarrhea, she couldn't go back to sleep because the diarrhea kept coming back so quick, she wasn't able to go to work that day, food sickness finally faded about noon.
