I always get what I expect from the big dipper they always have a smile on their faces and that makes a huge difference

I was here Friday night 1/10. Brought the wife and kids and ordered 4 sundaes. Somehow, someway, under the first layer of whipped cream, there was grey hair(or possibly fur as it more likely seemed) in TWO of the sundaes! I was pretty disgsuted with this level of uncleanliness. When i went back to the window to ask for a refund, the older lady scoffed at what i was showing her. She claimed i "had to put it there" myself, as if i would spend gas money and time to drive there and orchestrate a scheme like this.

I instantly gave up trying to convince her that this was the establishment's fault, and asked for a refund. She refused to offer one or any sort of compensaion and told me my business was "not that important".

The tables outside wre filthy, the workers insanely rude, and the inside of the store had a smell of burning machinery wafting out as if it were an automoobile garage instead of an ice cream shop.

I advise eveyone to seek alternative ice cream merchants in town who are mor professional and cleanly, like Bruster's ice cream on Railway Lane. I had my time and money wasted, don't let it happen to you.

Horrible experience, went with family for a birthday. Lady prioritized online orders for a half hour while everyone waited outside in the freezing. Ending up leaving as we were being ignored. Poor customer service. Won’t be back again unfortunately.

The best ice cream at this price in the area. Everything I've tried had been great.

This place serves the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The variety of flavors they offer is impressive. They also have surprisingly reasonable prices.

Not a clean place and very rude employees I was waiting for the line and randomly. I saw a mouse and I was like I’m not gonna buy ice cream here and I told my kids to go to other place and people screaming all the time and going outside and play with a dog and not even wash their hands, not a good place at all. I don’t recommend it.

Says they open at 12, multiple times they weren't open until after 1pm. Witnessed a phone call between another customer and the owner and she was very rude when asked when she was going to open for the day. The only reason I returned was to get my ice cream trail stamp.

I don’t recommend on going here that’s my opinion . Me and my little cousin was standing out there for a hour and 15 mins at 12:30 and they usally open at 12. She said money is running low she is always there and she just has an attitude so I’m not going back ( this is my oppion) the owner needs to sell it who is responsible enough to handle it

Tried to get ice cream today a little after 1 and they weren't even open yet. Another customer who had been waiting since 12 (when they should be open) called to see if she would be opening soon and she was so rude to this boy on the phone. Her excuses were that she was still handling her delivery and that the money was short and she was trying to figure it out. I can understand opening late once in a while, but not so regularly that you have it posted on the door that you'll open as close to 12 as possible. This was the second time this summer my family has tried to get ice cream here and she wasn't open. Also, what kind of business owner takes one of the closest parking spots instead of leaving the closer spot for customers? The only reason I will be returning is to finish my ice cream trail paper, and I hope they are not part of the trail next year!

This place is expensive but it's relatively close to our house. We walked there with my 7 year old for a snow cone. The place was empty and closed. On 1pm on a Saturday in June. Google said they were to open at 12.
