Visiting Antietam battle site on the way to Gettysburg. Great location with a fun brew pub, sports bar and Starbucks in the same shopping plaza. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower, helpful friendly staff. Wish all hotels offered window spray and paper towels available to clean car windshields.

Friendly front desk staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Free parking. No complimentary breakfast but they have a bistro where you can buy breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. It was very quiet. Hotel is located in a mall parking lot so plenty of dining choices. Would stay here again.

A bit more than I wanted to spend for a quick night on a drive home, but… staff made it worthwhile. Front desk and housekeeping - professional and caring. I lost an item and housekeeping was amazing helping me. Above and beyond. Bistro team helpful. Hotel overall, was standard. Nothing special. The thing that made it five star was the team. Do what you can to retain them.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly check-in. Probably one of the nicest breakfast experiences at a hotel in recent memory. The two women working at the Bistro were so pleasant and accommodating - wish I had gotten their names. Good breakfast and exceptional service!

We gave this hotel a second chance this year and while the staff was great, their pool is not open AGAIN. Then they tried to tell me that a pipe was broken (same excuse as last year). They need to take the pool off the listing of the hotel if it’s not functioning. The hotel is clean and well appointed, the bistro is a bit pricy but it is Starbucks items. There are also lots of walkable and drivable restaurants in this area if you are just stopping over night.

Amazing stay! Easy on and off the Highway. Clean. Friendly staff. Starbucks in lobby. Diner across the parking lot serving a variety of food and breakfast all day. Various other restaurants within both walking and driving distance. Adjacent to mini mall with security.

Nice, modern motel. Extremely clean and well lit throughout the facility. We felt safe and were well treated by the few reps we engaged. Room was also clean and well appointed with ample outlets to recharge electronics. Two issues resulting in 4-stars. One, we booked direct for a room with 2 queens - none available when we arrived. Second, they do not provide a Breakfast area as most competitors do they offered a cash option. Nah, we drove half-mile to a Starbucks outlet. Willi stay here again. No, adjacent was another Marriott facility - will book there.

I wrote a review of this hotel almost exactly one year ago. It's still a solid choice for a short stay. It's just a bit more aged. You'll see stains on the carpets, dings in the furniture, and a few more signs of a hotel facing the same staffing challenges all others are facing. It's clean, comfortable, and well-manged in spite of these things. One thing that has not changed is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go out of their way to make check-ins, check-outs and requests efficient. They do it with a smile and it makes you feel very welcomed. A few minor things to know if you're wondering whether to stay here: The pool is in a semi-permanent state of "under repair." So if that's important to you, you may want to opt for the Springhill Suites next door. The Courtyard is a bit more tailored to the needs of business travelers than the Springhill next door. It has a larger lobby and cafe area with more seating. Since they don't offer a "free" breakfast like the Springhill and their rates are a few dollars higher, the Courtyard tends not to attract as many large groups like high school and college sports teams or tours. Overall, it's one of the best options if you're passing through Hagerstown.

Extremely clean, Excellent location, The staff is extremely nice, great breakfast. Rooms are very quite and have a great choice of tv channels.. great coffee for the coffee maker and if you need more just ask and you will have it at your door in minutes. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance . Felt very welcome. Easy on, easy off of interstate 81.
