The Dog House Bar and Grill is… an experience. The hot dogs are okay—sometimes fun, depending on what you order—but the wait is insane. I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour just for some hot dogs, which is completely unreal. If you’re in it for a quick bite, this probably isn’t the place. The food itself is fine, but the wait really overshadows the experience.

Honestly wouldn’t even give a 1 star if possible. Tried for the first time tonight with my husband. The hot dogs themselves are horrible. Taste like store brand boiled hot dogs. Also tried the crab fries and they upcharge you of course for the crab….but there was barely any crab on them.

First time here. Waitress was very friendly, nice to my kiddos. Unfortunately, it was a hot day and their AC was broken as well as their ice machine. So the drinks were a little off, but the food was pretty tasty as far as a hot dog goes in my book. I like the fact that they have so many different options of dogs. The beanies and weenies were interesting, although I admit a little on the sweeter side for my taste. I had a cheeto and jalapeño dog, or the waitress called a J Dog( jalacheeto dog?) As its name states, some jalapeños, cheese and crushed cheetos. The fries were bomb. I got the garlic fries, hot and fresh.
Also I didn't get any alcohol but just the names of some of them sounded so good.
To expensive, before they moved to the bigger place was cheaper and food was better.Bought 4 hot dogs with 1side 2 with crab cheese , wasn't real crab you could tell , just water to drink, and they added 18%tip. Didn't like that at all you have to order at window all they do is bring it to table,and they want 18%tip I paid around 75.00 never again .

If you wanna drop $100 on mediocre hotdogs for lunch for a family of 4, this is the spot.
Waitress brought out the wrong hotdogs, claiming they were both “hollywood” dogs even though neither fit the description.
My wife’s hotdog never even came out and had to be made while we ate.
All the food came out at different times, fountain drink on menu but they actually give you a lukewarm bottle of soda/tea instead without even warning you.
It’s so hard to get me to write a review, especially a bad one.
You need to be an absolute dumpster fire to get me motivated enough to do this.
I will not return and I urge others to stay away as well

Restrooms are a little questionable due to access because of the way the building is set up. Not much they can do about it but just odd. Overall, a good experience with excellent service!
