I order from here usually for pickup and most of the time it’s a good and timely pickup, but this time the person who is usually at the desk was not there, so I waited there for 15 minutes past the pick up time, and still nobody came up. I then had to go to the bar and ask someone for my order, which was already ready, and the food was somewhat cold too, which means the order had been ready for some time. I understand they may have been short staffed that day. But the food overall...
