This guy is fraudulent to say the least, doesn’t and didn’t pay his people right and this is why no one’s working for him also will steal menu ideas and slogans from local people and restaurants . God Don’t Like Ugly . Foods too salty as well not conducive if you’re hypertensive

Happy Birthday Chef Drique !A week ago we had, what has become, our annual throwdown. 80ish guests attended – and yes, it rained. Every year my husband smokes a pig or 2, as well as whatever else will fit in his smoker. I cook and/or bake for days and by the time the party rolls around can barely enjoy it, I m so exhausted. The first world problem of being in our industry is that it’s hard to be a guest or host, when you’re always the chef and/or chief cook and bottle washer.We opted, fairly last minute, to look for a food truck to supplement so that I could ( theoretically anyway LOL ) kick back and not have to work my own party ! After getting on the Facebook group Frederick Food Trucks within 24 hours we had booked Drique and The Krab Joint. First thing I want to say is that Drique is uber service oriented. He responded immediately, followed up immediately, and was transparent and flexible as well as FUN ! He understands what it means to have integrity in our business, and that says everything.That doesn’t tell you anything about his outstanding “made with love” food – and while this was a catered event, and he and I chose the items to serve – pretty sure anything we would have ordered would have been top of the line. We offered the shrimp po boy, fish and chips, shrimp basket, corn, crabby egg rolls, and crabby fries to our guests. All they had to do was go to the window and order – and Drique and his team would either text us or sometimes come out into the crowd to find us. The coating was light and full of flavor and NOT greasy. Everything was so darned fresh ! We got so many compliments and our guests are still talking about how great Drique and his team were.Thank you Krab Joint for rolling ( literally in this case ) with the weather, the crazy dogs and guests as well as all of the little things life can throw at us. You all were superb !

I pay over $30 for two chicken wing dinner with two sides for both got home it was only three Wings in each meal. My daughter told me about the place come to find out my granddaughter got four wings with her dinner plus wait about a hour to get my food

The food and atmosphere was great!! I had the Crab dip and chips and the Boil Box. The boil has a good flavor. Next time I will ask if they can make the boil spicy. I didn’t take a picture of the food so I have more than one reason to go back!

I ordered large order of food an HR or so before to have it ready at 5 I was greated by a construction worker who I believe is owners dad who I heard say he was going to paint a wall. he went in kitchen came back and said they will be right out to help you. 15 mins later some one came out. There was now 5 people in line waiting. I ordered the blackened salmon alfredo it ended up having what I believe crab meat and shrimp in it which we were not made aware of. So some of it wasn't able to be consumed by family member for religious reasons the food that we did eat did taste great the portions do not reflect that of online menu pics etc. Once we saw employees they were very friendly. I would try again it's nice to have a new food option but they must hire more staff to maintain a more professional appearance
