Went for dinner in June. Husband ordered Crab cake sandwich and fries. The lettuce on the crab cake was brown. The crab cake was cooked partially on one side but it wasn’t how a crab cake should be cooked. He didn’t finish it. I had French onion soup, it had different spices from the last visit. It presented well but it had the taste of Italian spices in it. I did eat it out of hunger. I also had a Reuben, mediocre. I like my meat a little cooked. There was plenty of meat but I wasn’t impressed. Fries mediocre. The best thing was the tea. We always liked to go there to try different things but tonight made me decide we won’t be going back. When we entered, the waitress asked me if I had reservations which I didn’t. She needed to see where she could put me. There were maybe 4 tables with customers . Yes there was a party downstairs but there was plenty of open tables. It didn’t fill up while we were there either.

Stopped in late on a Sunday afternoon. Brunch menu was large. I ordered crab avocado on an English muffin with Hollandaise (hold the egg) and hubby had chicken and waffles. Service was great. Food was very tasty and Bloody Mary was good. Fair price, 2 brunch entrees and 3 alcohol drinks, $46 plus tip. Restaurant is in a rehabbed building with others. Nice little spot to bar hop. It's situated across the street from the Maryland Theater. A parking deck opens into the lobby. Very handy.

Located in the middle of Hagerstown, bulls and bears never disappoints! The food has always been good and the waitstaff is personable and there with a drop of a pen!

I had the bacon cheeseburger with side of sweet potato waffle fries it was very good. Husb had pastrami sandwich which was outstanding. Our server Devan was friendly and attentive. Love the beautiful building.

Went here with the family and had steaks and burgers. Very nice and accommodating staff. The burgers seemed to be steamed (much prefer grilled) and no seasoning was used, making them very bland. The T-bone steak was also not grilled and was very thin and overdone (asked for medium rare).

I was not so impressed by the ambiance in the evening. The menu was classic, no surprises as in a chain restaurant.

We had reservations and were seated immediately after arriving. Our waitress was great, explaining various dishes and recommending wine pairings. My wife had the Salmon and really enjoyed it. It was a huge portion with a Peach Chutney sauce over it..I had the meat loaf and it was very good. Again a huge portion and we both took leftovers home for the next day. The location is really great, directly connected to a parking garage and across the street from the Maryland Theater. My only complaint was the noise level... pretty high.

Our team had another good meal at B&B’s! The food is good and the appetizers offer a variety that all can enjoy. All food groups are available and cooked to perfection! The bar is well stocked and good local beers too.

We stopped in Hagerstown on the way back from a train ride in West Virginia and found this restaurant in the downtown area. It’s a sports bar with lots of TV screens, located in a restored old building. The ceilings are high. The walls are red brick, and the woodwork adds to the charm of the setting. I had very good pulled pork and cole slaw. The mashed potatoes needed some seasoning. My husband had very good meatloaf with the same sides. The gravy on his mashed potatoes helped give them some flavor. The iced tea was good. Our waitress was friendly, but we assumed that after she asked us if we wanted the check, she would bring it before serving a lot of people at the bar.

Came her with friends for a dinner on a Wednesday. Not crowded at all and we sat right down. We were greeted by our server an had our meals in a reasonable time. I had the 'Merger' burger that was an Angus beef burger with a crab cake on top. It had great flavor and the crab cake was well prepared. Someone else had the Fish n Chips and he said it was not bad at all. My wife had the Salmon and she enjoyed it very much. One person just had the crab dip as a meal and it was big enough to take some home. Another in our party is a gluten free person and they handled her burger order perfectly. The last person in our group had a pasta dish and he cleaned his plate. Our server kept check on our needs and did a great job. The only issue was the number of 'unusual' people that walked in and out from off the street but did not order. It was somewhat concerning as we noticed some were just standing and staring at our group. Not sure what they could do to change that issue in today's world of lawsuits but it may cause customers to not return. Anyway, give the place a try!
