My family and I went there last night. The food was horrible! It was greasy, flavorless, no seasoning whatsoever. The hamburger meat crumbled, wetness all over the plate, greasy lettuce and soggy bun. I don't think they used seasoning on it at all. My fiance's son was starving, so he ate part of our food and we took some of the meat home for the dog. The dog wouldn't even eat it. In the past, we NEVER had problems with the quality of food. They must have had an off night, or new cooks. We won't be going back anytime soon, or at all. I'll go to a different location if we do.

Ordered 2 sandwiches first time from here ever and was left a sonic milkshake instead…driver never responded and I never got my food. Entire night was ruined! Will never order here again…

Food was really cold also chicken was raw tried calling the store to try and fix something out but never got back to me. Also I still haven’t got refunded for that.

1st Sandwich was missing stuff. That's ok it was still good. A week later, ordered again and it was messed up also. Called and they offered to remake it. Great! When I got there to pick it up, they said they didn't even know how to make it and had to Google what was on it. Ummm ok. Got home to find out it was messed up also. How? If you are selling a product, how do you not know how to make it? And after looking it up, you still made it wrong. Very disappointing. I will not order again

Ah yes. What bad customer service you all have. When someone has to have their food taken back twice! And still not cooked the way you like. This manger would t work with us. Wanting to give us a 10% discount. But couldn’t give us the one meal for free. It’s ok I will never be back I will Funtime to write bad service for you all.

Plates came out unprofessional with greasy prints all over them. Waiter sat us and we seen the waitress when she took our order. Dropped off the food and then grabbed the check. This place is disgusting and poorly ran. Waited way too long for our food which was as bad as the service. Waited just as long if not more just to get the check. Do not recommend dining here @ all.

We’ve given plenty of chances to have good service. The last two times were the final chances. From the services to the cook to the people at the register…enough all ready. If you’re off on your registers or servers or cooks, why should I have to pay for it?
