Came in on a Monday night. Food and service was excellent. Must say Josh deserves a raise. He was running the bar, serving, greeting, and running food all at the same time. That being said, I understand it's a slow night of the week, but that man deserves at least one helper.

Walked in to a host stand that was not manned, waited for 5-10 min to be greeted, the hostess disappeared multiple times after finally greeting us after a table had been made ready. After we finally sat down at the table we once again were not greeted by any staff for a minimum of 15 mins. We got up to leave with no one batting an eye. We were unable to eat nor drink as we were never served or even greeted. One of the absolute worst “dinning” experiences I have ever had. With some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. We had a reservation a couple of weeks ago and, despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took about 35 minutes just to get our drinks. The service was incredibly slow. We ordered an appetizer, but the pita served with the crab dip was so overcooked it was inedible. We decided not to order any entrees. I didn’t even bother complaining to the waitress, it would’ve taken forever to get it replaced and I'd probably still be waiting on it. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Go here! Such a unique place! We stopped here after watching a golf match, in athletic clothes. I walked in to see the hostess and almost walked out I felt like it looked too fancy. Then I saw the bar, there was everything from casual to date night clothing. BUT what makes this place is everything you care about: the service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the prices were like we went back in time! Kayla was one of the best waitresses I've had in some time! We got 2 adult drinks, appetizer, two meals and paid $35!! We are not local to Hagerstown but we would definitely go back!

I have been to this restaurant two times in the past two weeks. The food is amazing, but that service is not the greatest. The first time I was here a waitress dumped a drink on me, that was an accident but still bugged me. The second time we went we got sat down at 6:18 PM but then we got our food at 7:52. But I will say that the food was amazingly delicious. Love the food but not the wait.
This place is off the hook! Food and portions are amazing! 50% off appetizers during happy hour and 20% off all entrees on Mondays! We will def be regulars here! The Island Nachos & Jumbo Fried Shrimp were amazing. My wife got the Tortuga Sizzler with checking and it was incredible. Very well seasoned and not dry!

The food took forever to come out which I thought was because they busted opened at 4 and it was 4:30. Nope just slow. Food was hot which was nice. Our food and appetizer came out at the same time. The crab cake sandwich tasted like it was dunked in oil. Our service was horrible no refills and kept forgetting about us. We will not be back...
