Tuesday, October 7, 2025 I visited the market @Meritus Robinwood. Enjoyed the delicious mushroom soup and the jack fruit flat cake with pineapple mango chutney. Both were culinary delights having very unique textures and flavors which were satisfying and filling. I am excited and looking forward to experiencing other plant based dishes from Urban Delightz!

YUM YUM YUM! I was able to grab some of this unbelievably flavorful food at the Caribbean festival on 7/1 and wow. IT WAS SO GOOD! I tried the channa and the dhal and they were both soooo tasty. Loved the black cake and the fish cakes were on point too!

It was wonderful to meet you at the Farmers Market in the Elks Club parking lot today! Such a beautiful kind woman Malikah is, she cooked lots of yummy food including waffles, and treated everyone to her delicious sweet spiced hot apple cider at the end of the market! I'll have to come find you at the Community College. Thank you Malikah!
