Vince's New York Pizza & Italian Restaurant

The pizza was very good.

Ordered from here Friday. One large pizza extra pepperoni. When checking out i honestly thought i had left a tip for delivery as i always tip well. My total was almost $30 so i didnt think anything of it. I ordered for my husband as i was out of town and was driving when i kept getting calls from the establishment and after 3 calls i was able to answer. I was greeted by a gentleman who advised i did not tip and they were not going to deliver without a tip which is crazy to me since technically a tip isnt required as they already add a delivery fee. The gentleman was super rude and i advised it was human error to add the tip to the total. Just thought this was really unprofessional to call and refuse to deliver without a tip.

The food was tasteless.

Usually when I order pizza from Vince’s I don’t have any complaints. The pizza is always great. But this time our pizza was horribly burnt. 😫 I couldn’t even eat the crust.

I called and order a half Chicken parmesan .the lady even Repeat my order to me .I get there to find out they don't to half subs .I said I have gotten it before not to long they even had to being me another sandwich because the one I pick up was overly cooked .the ower said they have never did half .I know I have order a half before I ask him did you change ownership he said no . They even did small Small salads, now they don't .I was not expecting 22.00 lunch. I will not be back .sandwiches was not that good .next time be honest and just say you changed the menu then ack like I never eat here before and don't know what I'm talking about.

The worst chicken parm ever. Something seriously wrong with the spaghetti, like it was cooked in plastic. I wonder if the owners eat the same food? I doubt it

Overpriced

Very good cheesesteak sub, owner was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely be back again soon to try stuffed shells and lasagna.

The pizza is delicious and crispy just like NY should be. I always suggest this place. The Ninja Turtles would approve!

Great pizza for the price, real NY style pizza.

We were in the area and wanted to give this place a try. The decor was pretty plain… no problem.
We got a table, and I ordered a drink in a “to go” cup.
The waitress hostess seemed nice, but, I soon realized that she was NASTY.
She kept wiping her runny nose with her hands/fingers. I Looked at her nose, she had snot running out of it. Didn’t anyone teach her about what not to do when you serve food? Plus she kept messing with her long dirty looking stringy hair.
Because of her, I didn’t order any food, I was too grossed out. I paid for my drink and left. I threw my drink into the closest garbage can that I could find, because I couldn’t get the vision of her snotty nose out of my mind.

The place is absolute trash. The wings tasted like rubber, the crab pizza was awful, the cheese fries looked like my kid took them out of the microwave and tried to melt some cheese on them. I took fries home and ok put the ranch they gave me on them. The ranch was sour. The server was super nice and did well. It seemed like the owner/ management set her up for failure. Do not take your family there. My root beer was the best part

Ordered two Chicken Subs with double meat. I did not get double meat or any lettuce on the sub. I paid $3.99 for the extra meat on each sub. I called the restaurant and was greeted with a rude male team member that refused to offer any refund or resolution or even a credit. He would not let me speak to the manager when I asked to. He hung up on me during mid conversation. This is the most unprofessional establishment you could go to. Please avoid at all costs. Total cost for two subs that were sub par in every way and terrible customer service was $39.00. The male worker would not give me his name but he worked the night of 2/17 assuming management would like to discuss his unprofessional and rude behavior.
