Went in to buy a battery, and the older lady running the automotive section was very helpful. I wish I got her name to include in the review. She saw me looking and came over and got them unlocked (because everything’s locked up now smh) right away. Thanks again!

Self checkout here is 15 items or less only now. will not be returning to this location. Really a shame.

Love going to walmart

I found everything I need and wanted however my only suggestion is if you buy a warranty for a item you purchase. Make sure you get a booklet for your warranty or at least tells you how to register your warranty. If not, when it comes time to use the warranty you will run into problems.

Wish I could give a zero. This is a Walmart with zero compassion. Very rude, arrogant employees I got what I needed and went to check out I did not feel well I thought my sugar was dropping so I figured self check out as I only had 25 items. I realized sign said 15 limit but all the others checking out had more then 15 items. There was three Walmart employees talking and laughing doing nothing.
So I started checking out after my third item the scanner freezes a very rude employee comes over and said you need to stop and go to the register I ask why. She said I had more than 15 items. I said everybody here has more than 15 items.. by then my head was a little fuzzy. so I ask her could I please just finish checking out I don’t feel well she said no you need to move. I said please just let me finish checking out. I don’t feel well. So I ask her one more time could I please check out? She said no you need to go to another register. This is for 15 items or less. I said really then you need to make everybody else stop and leave so I put my stuff back in the cart. And I went to another register, the new cashier says to me how was your day and I told her what happened. She said those registers are meant for smart checkers. I had no clue what a smart checker was so I asked her there was no sign they’re saying for smart checkers only. She said that meant these people were shopping for other people then rolled her eyes at me like I was dumb. Which really hurt my feelings. I would not recommend this Walmart. I won’t change my review but I will add the manager reached out a very nice gentleman. He said he reviewed the tapes of the incident and he sided with me. He apologized and said he spoke with all the employees involved. Said that the store is changing and with him in charge that may happen. They are adding clerks.

2. I have no clue what is wrong with people that work here but something needs to be done. And this would be the third time that employers have been disrespectful the last time I tried to check out and she got very rude. An old lady with a lot of makeup that was working at cash register. She was the only one open but closed as soon as I pulled up my cart and said some unnecessary words and language. We at least waited 30 minutes 45 minutes for somebody to open up a register and also I really doubt they're going to take these baby snacks back when they were already open when I bought them and then I didn't notice until I got home but I guess that's how they run Walmart. Also for a young woman that works over in the food section where they have cooked food was also rude and whoever it was somebody was pushing a cart and was running into people today heard that from multiple people. I will never go back to this Walmart and I'll just go to the new one which is way better than the old one and they are not disrespectful at the new Walmart.

1. Not enough room for a lot of ppl shopping there! Always to busy! Also ask for help to find an item and the lady said in a mean way "I don't know find it yourself" and walked away. I was back in the tv and movie's area.

I love this place when it is not overcrowded. Mornings and evenings are good times to swing by.

Awful, they make the handicapped walk 4x the distance to a register where you wait for 30 minutes to check out. Why the hell did you close all the self checkouts for more that 15 items??? They were ideal for those who have mobility issues and who do not want to deal with people. Open them back up!!! You are not making things better making people wait 30 minutes to check out with the cashier, when I enjoyed doing it myself with minimal hassle.

The associates are amazing, always helpful and nice! Best prices on most items.

Haven't shopped at a Walmart over eight years. Wasn't a fan of the business back then. After today's visit, I'm reminded why. Seem as if this place is for those who live in the Ghetto. I've never seen so many lazy people one building ever. From the consumers to the employees. Everything they sell you can purchase elsewhere. Besides, my area doesn't have a Walmart in town. We have to travel at least forty-five five minutes. We shop at Giant for groceries. Any of that department store merchandise we can grab at BJ's or Amazon.

They had NOTHING out of 5 items in stock that I went in for

I wish I could rate zero stars. I waited for more than 30 minutes for assistance in unlocking the electronics case. Despite asking over 6 employees for help, none of them had the key. They promised the person with the key was on their way, but they never showed up. Even after two managers and several employees passed by, no one bothered to assist us. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Special thanks to the Target employee who helped us get the product we needed.

They keep making changes and now I can't even use a self checkout if I have more than 15 items?! Rude employee stopped me and told me I had to go wait in line at a checkout with an employee because I had 20 items. Even though there were a dozen self checkouts open. It takes too long and is too hard to shop here anymore I will not be coming back. I will be getting my groceries from martins.

They have two self checkout lanes open. What’s the point of having all these stupid s of checkouts?
