Pulled up to this Wendy’s about 15 minutes before closing after placing a mobile order ahead of time.

The guy at the window just stared at me like I was the problem, then casually said the ovens were “already cleaned” so they weren’t going to make my food — despite the fact that I already paid.

He acted like he could help, but basically chose not to because it was easier to follow some lazy close-up routine than, I don’t know, do the job.

No refund. No food. Just a blank stare and “cancel it in the app.”

The real kicker? I got charged twice, and when I called Wendy’s corporate, I got hung up on by the customer service rep

I had problems with this location about a month ago but figured I would give it another shot. I scheduled a carry out order an hour before I needed it. When I went in at that time I still had to wait 15 minutes to get it (if I order way in advance I expect to maybe only have to wait a few minutes if it’s busy not 15 minutes). I had to remind them about parts of my order too that they were forgetting to add.
I had to leave as soon as I got my stuff as I only have a 30 minute break and it was only when I got back to work that I realized they had smothered my sandwich with lettuce… which I am allergic to and requested they not add.
I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, understand rush hour and gave second chances but when I’m paying I expect to at least get the items I paid for.

The chick working the window clearly hates her job, possibly the world. Not sure. I understand people have bad days however EVERY TIME I have came here she has been working the window and her attitude is the worst. Smile. Try it.

Today being Veterans Day when I approached for my free meal and drink the lady at the window first of all had no clue about the offer promotion and she did not give the free drink said that her manager asked to pay for the drink and even when handing out the sandwich she did not seem to happy about it. It is supposed to be a free combo meal given to all veterans train your employees better

This Wendy's is the worst I've ever experienced I work next to them and for two months they never have chili or backed potatoes at night before they close. Not to mention as soon as they get to the drive through speaker it's always will you wait please so I'm already waiting before they say we don't not have that for you. They need a change in management.

Came to this wendy's with my family to get dinner and the coke machine was out of coke. I asked the manager Shantel, that was on duty.If I could get Coke from behind the counter, she proceed to tell me that the 2 machines are synced up in.She does not have any behind the counter.As well.. This machine, as we all know, takes to little boxes.And I called her out on it which obviously pissed her off and she did not wait on me until twenty minutes later after several customers came into the building and got their food and left.. Absolute crappy service and this manager should be canned...

The women's bathroom light has water coming out of it flooding the floor. I mentioned to staff and they said they know and cut me off. No caution signs no out of order. Just ignoring water coming out of the ceiling light!
