So I’ve gotten food from this Wendy’s multiple times in the past and for the most part the food and my overall experience has been pretty good but today I was served food that shouldn’t be given to a dog let alone alone a person.
I had got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries that shouldn’t been to much for them to handle but I had wanted everything fresh as well I even had the person taking my order go and ask the people making everything to make it all fresh
That request must have upset them because my fries had taste like they took old fries and put it back in the grease to fry a little bit longer plus they were stale and my sandwich was barely cooked and they slapped so much mayonnaise on it I could only eat a few bites then the rest went in the trash
I would have took the time to make sure everything was good but I’m a truck driver so I was just passing through it’s a good thing I was already gone by time I noticed cus I would have did more then ask for a refund
I don’t know if the staff was having a off night or they have a change in management but this experience has turned me off with this place I probably won’t eat at this Wendy’s again y’all beware and check your food before you leave not only that watch out because regular staff and people in the kitchen was touching their phones and handling money without washing their hands or changing gloves.

Stopped after work this morning for dinnervusally everything is delicious but tonight everything was quite cold and obviously had been sitting 3 jr bacon a lrg fry 10 PC all cold so disappointed after a 10 hr work day and on top of that I could t even pour my own 5 doller drink I don't drink coke just pressed that as it was the first there usually pour my own

It was nice when Wendy's had a dollar for any size soda I can't believe I just spent $8 on two sodas for me and my wife McDonald's sell sodas for $1.49 fast food fast food it's not gourmet food I think Wendy's seriously need to rethink how they serve a soda 379 for a soda

I live nearby and usually order the same thing, baconator combo with a cheese potato. Last night they had only 1 very old potato left but I said I would wait the 7 minutes for another. Potato was good but I could tell the meat had been sitting for a bit was not juicy at all. Usually not an issue but was last night.

Today is October 3rd 2024 I am a delivery driver I was picking up food this morning that may I also add was late getting out for me to deliver but the female upfront taking orders is horribly rude to a elderly couple that was ordering their food. Also this workers likes to be on her phone instead of taking care of customers or delivery drivers. I DONT MAKE ANY MONEY WAITING 10 15 MINUTES ON A $5 very small order and if your employee cannot stay off her phone while working maybe she needs to be fired for the utter disrespect she showed that elderly lady JUST TRYING TO ORDER AFTER SHE IGNORED BOTH THEM AND I WAS EVEN STANDING THERE and making me late for picking up my order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
