Lady at the drive thru window wasn't very pleasant and when we received our food, our sandwiches and drinks were marked showing what they were. We had ta open every sandwich and taste the drinks to see what was what beings we had gotten different drinks and sandwiches

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. The two women working the drive thru were awful. One taking the order through the intercom was clearly annoyed she actually had to take an order. Very snappy and nasty tone. Come to the window, woman proceeds to put her hand out for a payment and says NOTHING. Snatches my card holds the drinks out the window until I grab them hands me my card back with no receipt and walks away. The other woman with the headset then comes, hands over my two bags and proceeds to slam the window shut as soon as I grab the bag giving me no option to ask for a receipt. Neither of the woman spoke a word at the window just made sure to take my payment and hand over food. To top it off the food was clearly old. Luke warm French fries and the meat patties had a crust over the outside showing they had been sitting for at least a couple hours and I ordered no lettuce and seams like they have a pre made burger they ripped the lettuce off and placed the bun back on due to a small piece of lettuce still stuck to the cheese. Same with the burger for my son’s kids meal, old meat probably past the time stamp yet still served by miserable employees. This was on 8/1/25 about 4:45pm since I don’t have a receipt. If your that miserable at your job probably should look for something that makes you happier instead of taking it out on guest.

If you can , GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION . This food has no effort put into it , how do you mess up a burger & fries ? Soggy old cold fried EVERY TIME ! Nuggets stuck together & soggy EVERY time . Do better , even my drink had No flavor , a coke !! How ?!

I have been to this restaurant a couple times to eat. Wendy's is pretty good I think you all know what you're going to get when you go to Wendy's.

Reason why this place deserves five star it's because I'm also a doordasher. I just went up there to pick up an order that was 15 minutes early. First fast food place I've ever been to that had it ready that quickly with a smile.

Not only that but apparently there was a mistake on an order and it resulted in an extra shake being made. I've had a pretty rough day and I don't know if the manager knows it, but just giving me that shake really made a difference in my night.
Wendys, give this place a raise and extra budgeting

Food was extremely dry. Dry fries, dry chicken sandwich, frozen tomato slices.

Service was excellent, it’s unfortunate that Wendy’s has such low quality food.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a food safety issue I observed during my recent visit to your location on 9-25-24 @ 5:30 pm. While I understand that drive-thru orders may take priority, what truly alarmed me was the behavior of one of your staff members, which raises serious hygiene concerns.

While waiting for my dine-in order, I noticed a male employee who was stationed at the back window, handling payments for the drive-thru. Shortly after, I saw this same employee come to the sandwich station to assist with making four wraps for an online order. Unfortunately, he did so without washing his hands, and worse, I saw him scratch his head before proceeding to prepare the food—without wearing gloves.

As a customer, food safety is incredibly important to me, and this situation was both alarming and disappointing. I hope that you will address this matter urgently by reinforcing proper food handling protocols to ensure the safety of your customers.

This Wendy's is a perfect example of what Wendy should be. I don't particularly go to Wendy's very often. But seems to have a problem with the local homeless.
