Food wasn't as fresh as I'd expected, chicken was dry, service was excellent though. Our waitress was amazing... I wish I'd had gotten her name, middle aged woman... Great personality, and was on top of everything..
I just want you to know for a last minute accommodation for my mom's luncheon after her Funeral everything was wonderful. So Greatful for Paul and Niki to make it happen so last minute. Everything was wonderful so for this time forward we will definitely use Western Sizzlin. The food and atmosphere was great!

We've lived 30 years right around the corner and had only eaten here maybe 3 times until recently as the food was only average. Now, the quality of the food is much better. The Friday Seafood Buffet is awesome. The shrimp are nice size and the fish is tasty, not fishy like before. We talk to friends far away above Harrisburg and Lancaster, PA that come to Hagerstown just to eat here.
