We decided to eat dinner there tonight we made reservations showed up on time actually alittle early we where seated we sat for 20 mins was never acknowledged other tables where seated and waited on. So for the first time we just decided to leave. We will never go back. So sad hardly no customers and can’t get waited on. Jimmy Joys will be our new go to spot.

Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. Very fair price for the quality of food and service. Maria was an excellent waitress/server. You should ask to have her for your waitress.

Parking: A crowded parking lot is a good omen

It was Our first time there and were not sure of location. The Restaurants sign was covered by a "cold beer" sign. So naturally we drove past it. Once inside we were greeted and seated promptly. Service was average. The steak was good. Crab cakes did not have much flavor. All on all, it was an average dining experience.

a friend had recommended me and my boyfriend to come here for date night, so we went sunday the 8th at 5:00pm. we first walked in and were asked if we wanted to be near the loud music we said no. we we were put behind a wall at a table for 2. after 10 minutes of sitting another server looked at us and asked if we had been taken care of yet we said no. the guy that seated us came back and said our server was busy and we will take our drink order. he brought us our drinks and our server came and we ordered our food i got all you can eat crabs and my boyfriend got the fish a chips. the whole time we were there my boyfriend never got a refill of his pepsi. i had one water and a drink from the bar the whole time. i had to ask for hush puppies and i thought it came with the crabs but i don’t think i would have gotten them if i didn’t ask. the people around us had there server check on them multiple times and refill their drinks it was disappointing we didn’t have the same experience when we sat right next to them. after we finished our meal we waited 20 minutes and couldn’t seem to find our server so i had to ask another server to find our server so we could pay and leave. overall the food was good but the service was poor.

This place is a BIG joke , literally. We arrived there at 4:50 pm this evening and as of 5:30 we just had our drinks & was served raw doughy hush puppies that my dogs would not even eat . People who came in after us was being served their crabs & clams as we sat there with nothing. Our waitress kept going back & forth but never seemed to bring anything out but drinks . People around us started to ask other tables how long they have been sitting & waiting you could tell they too was extremely frustrated . They barely had anyone serving so it appeared . This place could not handle the people coming therefore lacked in service . After sitting there for 45 mins we went and complained after being starred at like a deer in head lights by staff we got up & walked out & I can promise you we will NEVER give this restaurant or his other one our business again .

Have ate here in the past and was usually fine but not last time. 2 other tables there and the customers were finishing up when I got there. Waited at door a while for someone to tell me to sit where I wanted to. Several tables dirty. After I ate my soup, I waited a long time and the server would say it will be out in a minute, then 3 minutes and then minutes later it finally came. The asparagus was not cooked the way I was told it would be. The grilled chicken was so tough I was struggling to cut with a steak knife. The server said he was going to bring out the owner as he saw I was not eating. The owner never bothered to come out. If the owner can't take time to talk to customers or listen to feedback, I don't need to spend my money here.

Very good to wait till she was very nice was there when you needed something when most of the time there before you needed it she was good at her job and that is a plus

Took over an hour and a half to good the food

Place was nice and food was good. Just surprised no racing memorabilia being the restraint sits in front of a dirt track. Prices were ok and food was hot.

I'm the person who orders steak well done normally it never comes out well without it being burned. BUT tonight was such an unexpected delightful surprise my steak was perfectly cooked with no pink AND juices on the plate! My compliments to the chef...you're awesome! Our waiter was just as great as the food Justin you Rock! All around great experience and trust me the place was BUSY! Recommend ? Will be a repeat customer

we ate here quite a few months ago. i have allergies and explained that to the waitress and she assured me that there were no ingredients in the food that i ordered that would harm me. that was a lie, i got sick and to top it off the food was terrible, the waitress was a nightmare, it was a all around terrible experience. the manager came and talked to me and while she was talking to me the waitress came up and started yelling and was extremely rude to me and the manager. the manager alyssa was really sweet and kept saying she was sorry and that she was going to report her to zack the owner. she was so nice, the only part of the visit that was good. well she told zack and he said he would call me he next day. i followed up several times and kept getting told he was going to call. here it is months later and no call. this is a poor way to handle a business. my suggestion to anyone is dont waste your time or money there are so many more good restaurants in the area. i also found out since this experience that he also owns the restaurant at the ramada, fireside. we ate there once and it was terrible there also.
