I have tried this location over and over again since opening. But I can honestly say they continue to do something that disappoints me EVERYTIME!! First time I went I ordered a Chia Tea, they made it with coffee????? I don't know what they do to their donuts. I am honestly thinking they are selling them from days before. I've been to DD's my whole life they do not taste like theirs. Today the coffee was so weak I had to come home and brew my own. I asked the guy for my receipt he literally shoved it in my hand. Wilkens Avenue is much better and worth the few extra min's drive. Wilken's Avenue.... I'll be seeing you!! Corporate you need to hear these complaints and help them clean up their act.

Dunkin' in the area is highly praised with 5-star service. Regulars feel like family due to the super nice staff, fast service, and accurate orders. Vegetarian options are plentiful, and parking is easy, making it kid-friendly. Despite occasional long drive-thru lines due to limited staff, the employees are personable and do their best. While the food and coffee are standard for a fast-food coffee place, the standout employee Rosa provides exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to help customers, even saving someone from a burning building.
