We were just in Dublin this past May and sampled many a pint, so wanted to check out the brewery here in the Baltimore area. We tried some new stuff and had a great afternoon just tasting some brews and getting a bite to eat. We will be back to do the tour!!!
The service was horrible. We ordered 4 drinks and a pretzel without issue. We then ordered another round of 4 drinks, 1 pretzel, 2 fish tacos and a double burger (over $100 spent). Everything came out minus the double burger. I was thinking the burger would be coming out shortly. When it didn't I had to flag down a server to find out what was going on. She said they were having a problem with the burgers. After about 49 minutes our guess was finally able to eat (after we had already eaten). Of course the burger came without ketchup, that whole issue took another 15 minutes. What a fiasco! For $100 totally not worth the money! You would have thought since we had already finished our drink by the time our guests food came out, you'd offer to comp drinks...but no. Horrible customer service!
Food was good! Our server Z as he told us to call him was wonderful! We will definitely be coming back!
First visit and we loved it!! Just a perfect evening. I highly recommend the Shepherd Fries!! Lamb was so delicious!!
Stopped in with a group of friends, everyone ordered for themselves on the app. This made it easy and enjoyable. We could focus on socializing.
Very clean facility with great service, at the shop, taproom and the brewery tour. Tried a few surprisingly good tropical experimental flavors. The stew was amazing.
Highly recommend the Tasting tour . The food is unbelievably good and the beer, well you wouldn't be there if you didn't like Guiness. Oysters, Bangers and Mash and Guinness Brownie sundae with whip cream with caramel drizzle. Awesome lineup.
Celebrated my husband‘s 70th birthday here. His request! I love that there's a quiz to determine what kind of beer you would like best. Also had one of the best burgers I've eaten in a long time! The only suggestion – when placing your online order from your table, specify if you want something as an appetizer. Our gigantic Bavarian pretzel arrived with our meal. Hy-Vee recommended, indefinitely will return.
A definite ... meh. Their draw is the distillery and if all you want is great beer, this is the place to go. But the food is just OK, the ambiance is hard wood, concrete and steel, and they encourage you to use QR codes to order because they don't have enough servers when it gets busy. I'm glad I went, and I love the beer, but probably will not go back. Probably better when it is hot and sunny and you can drink cold beer and nibble on food outside.
Walking in, the environment was welcoming. There are fire pits outside and it's a great place to have a drink and be with friends. Inside the restaurant, it became disappointing. Ordering food through ToastTab is convenient. However, no one would came to the table with regularity to communicate about delays or if we needed a to go box. The beef stew was disappointing. Oysters were overpriced for the quality and wait. The beef was delightful.

The food and beers were excellent for our group of seven people, but service was lacking. The waitstaff was friendly, but you are expected to order on your phone with the waitstaff just checking in a couple of times. Runners bring out the food. It was difficult to find someone to ask questions about ingredients for food allergies. We were in a section right in front of the bathrooms and just down from the gift shop. Not the atmosphere I was looking for for our Father's Day celebration. As I was adding in my tip, I wondered how they could expect regular tip rates when I had to gather everyone's orders to enter them into my phone. I tipped 20%, which meant a $50 tip for very little attention from the waitstaff.
Good food, good beer, great service. The Irish stew was enjoyed by two in our party another had the crab cake. None we're disappointed.
The property is great. Tour and gift shop are a worthwhile experience. About a year ago, when I first visited the property, the food was phenomenal. We shared appetizers including the pretzel and the charcuterie board. In returning to the taproom a year later, the food quality and value has plummeted. The charcuterie board was significantly smaller, but more expensive. It used to come with a full sized pretzel, but now came with 6 small flavorless pretzel crisps. The soft pretzel itself tasted stale and was hard. On the plus side, the beer selection was good and the sliders were good. Very disappointed in the food quality as I have raved to friends about the food over the past year. I will not be doing that anymore.
Great food and timely service. Be sure to make a reservation for inside! High chairs are available for kids.
We totally enjoyed the tap room. We had been there before and liked it, which is why we came back. We were seated right on time, the service was exceptional and the food is very good. Guinness beer was exactly as expected, but what surprised us is how good the beermosas were. I wouldn't come here on St Patrick's Day or Father's Day because I'm sure it's packed, but this is a regional gem.
