We needed someplace close by amtrak and this was the perfect stop for an early dinner! Food and beer were both delicious. We will definitely come back again!
The service was slow. We had ordered our food before the table next to us and we received our food around the same time.
Wednesday nights are Trivia Night, so beware if you are looking for a quiet group dinner like we were. While they appear to have a bar, you should also be aware that they don't serve any other alcohol except Guinness beer, so the cocktail lover in our group could not be accommodated. Last, not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but our appetizers came out after the meals. We came here because folks were here a few Saturdays ago and everything went well. So maybe it was just a bad night.....
The staff is so friendly and efficient! The bartenders. hostess and servers could not have been better. The brewery is beautiful and so clean! Stuff for kids too. Loved it.

I had the pleasure of participating in the tour (Guided Tour & Tasting - Brewing Focus in Baltimore) which I highly recommend. The tour guide representative was friendly, energetic and funny. The facility itself is state of the art and breathtaking. I highly recommend doing one of the tours they provide and it is family friendly with restaurants and they have their store.
I purchased a Guinness T-Shirt for my younger brother but I misplaced this at the store. I emailed customer service and the retail manager (she knows who she is) was very kind to send a new T-Shirt free of charge by overnight mail to my hotel in Baltimore. This was truly a class act and my hats goes off to her and her wonderful team that she manages. Thank you for a great day.

We had a great time....but almost left before we got started. We had reservations, got a table right away, and then sat...and sat....15 min's later one of our group went to find a waiter and we were told to use a QR code to order....ok we are pretty with it, but we all had to get out our phones, our reading glasses, attempt to sign in to find the menu, we had questions about the beers and about the food, we had to try to figure out how to join the table group so we didn't have 5 bills...and just as we were getting fully flustered a very helpful young man came over and said he would be glad to help us...whew!! He was helpful and knowledgeable! He saved the day! We had great beer, delicious food, and a fun time!! Just a suggestion, when you see a more mature group, you may want to send help fast! We order a lot if we get to speak human!
We try to come here at least twice a year. The food is fantastic, service is quick. You order from a code at the table, it's so simple. This time we did the tour and the guide was amazing! Must do!
After heaving been to the Dublin OG location, my expectations were super high and this definitely lived up to them! Would definitely come back
I wish this place was my second home.

The servers went above and beyond to answer all of unusual food allergy questions!!
That said, absolutely nothing is vegan except hummus - even the fries have dairy in the coating! Hard to recommend a place these days that has not a single vegan option. Went for a friend's birthday but would never choose to go back.

The place is great, unfortunately our server was borderline rude. They prefer that you order on the app but it isn't required. I wish I had so I wouldn't have to deal with the server
We really enjoyed our Irish Breakfast experience on March 16th.
The breakfast was definitely a nice version of the breakfast we had when visiting Ireland. The bread, sausages, blood and otherwise, the baked beans potatoes, tomatoes and a frittata version, were tasty and went well with our Guinness pint. The whole event was well organized. The music added a nice touch, little ones were dancing. We have attended other events at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery and have never been disappointed. Thank you.

It really great experience to food was good, the tour was good, the music was pretty good. My only complaint is the cost of Guinness paraphernalia and clothes. A $60 hoodie is absurd. A $40 t-shirt is absurd. So I didn't buy any just out of principal. Seems like a lost opportunity for advertisement and for folks
