There is no waiter, service it self order with a QR code, but someone did come by to explain things to us. The only thing I would do is place or drink and appetizer orders, and then wait to order our entrées. You can leave the tab open. All the food came at once. I would've preferred appetizers first. We enjoyed , bangers and mash , burger and crab cake and of course all the different beer!
Food ordered with QR code app comes quickly, if you want to enjoy an appetizer before your entree, I suggest ordering appetizer first and then waiting a few minutes before ordering entree, otherwise everything is likely to appear at one time.

Food was great...but we learned to order apps first and keep the tab open then place food order - because everything came together!! Fun atmosphere and don't let the crowded parking lot scare you away because there was plenty of room and didn't feel over crowded!! Overall a great experience and will definitely go back!!
