Been going to this establishment since it was just a small carryout next to Blockbusters and Highs. Stopped in for lunch today and Megan was our waitress. Food was good but service was surprisingly absent for the amount of patrons. We did have a small miscommunication. All sandwiches come with a off brand bag of chips (not utz) which clearly states on the back of the package that it contains carcinogens which I have brought to management’s attention before to no avail. I brought it to Megan’s attention when she brought out our orders and asked if we could have 1 order of fries *instead* of the chips and she said yes. Later I was surprised to find I was charged for the fries and Megan stated the chips came complimentary with the meal and I reiterated that I had specifically asked if it could replace the chips and she had said yes. I paid the bill and was told that Lisa would be coming to our table to speak with me. We waited but Lisa never came and so we left. We will be back as it is convenient and the food overall is good but it would have been nice if our requests were actually listened to and/or the management had taken the time to speak to us about our concern.

First . The hamburger deluxe was amazing. I had to fight my husband the next day for the left overs. 2ndly .. they always make my food the way I ask for it. I was in the mood for veal parmesan but I like the added vegetables and shrimp of the Tuscany so I asked for the Tuscany but in Parmesan stayle.. You can say it was veal parmesan with the Tuscany fashion. I believe it eas the manager that came out and asked me was I sure I knew what I had ordered since the Tuscany came with a wine sauce. I said yes ...I want the veal parmesan but all the good stuff that comes with the Tuscany. They made it the way I asked and it was outstanding. I think they need to put that on the menu as the Carolena.

The food was great! It was a great surprise to eat there. My daughter and I were just passing by and stopped for dinner… we had the fettuccine Alfredo and the calamari both tasted great and affordable. Definitely going back!

We dined in today for a late lunch. A special shout out to Ashley, our server. It happened that the team was working short today and we would like to compliment the staff how they demonstrated team work in action which included the other server as well as the hostess. The food was delicious. We ordered a cheese pizza and tossed salad. We stop here on occasion and it is by far our favorite restaurant in Hampstead.

Food was excellent. My wife loved the decor. Even before we were done we decided that we would be making day trips back down from PA. It’s about a 45 minute drive from our house.
