When we went there the kiosk was down and we had to pay at the cashier. I understand that we had to but what's the point in having them if they're not working? Everything else was great.

We go to this McDonald's often since we work near by. In our travels we have seen bottles of frozen milk, fry bags not filled up, either no ice or way too much even though there's a line on the cup for where the ice should be, higher prices than other stores, some employees can't understand English, sandwiches that look like they were thrown in boxes with sauce everywhere, wrong or missing sandwiches, not enough employees to take care of the demand.

The Hampstead McDonald's used to be some much better, but the quality of the food and customer service has diminished recently. I realize that it's just fast food, but people can not afford to waste money these days, especially when McDonald's has raised the price of some of their items.Maybe a team meeting is needed to be sure employees are paying attention to details, the quality of food going out, and a bit more courtesy toward the customers.
