If you like potato rocks in place of your hash browns, this is definitely the BK for you! They consistently handout nasty hard hash browns. I wish I was able to post a video to show that they don't even break when smacked off the table 😑 I didn't mind the wait, I never do, theirs always a wait at this location, but to wait and still get old food?!? Come on now.

My son was so excited to get the SpongeBob kids meal. I got home and he had no toy and no fries. Tried to chat in the app and couldn’t because apparently I didn’t get the receipt either. The whoppers I also got were cold.

I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Had to let them know I was still there after 5 more minutes. Went thru the drive thru and paid for my food. They asked me to park out front and wait for them to bring my order out. I pulled around to find 8 more cars waiting. It’s now been 20 more minutes and I’m still waiting. Get it together! Oh yeah, not the first time this has happened.

I cant even give the Burger King in Hancock MD 1 star. Saturday Dec 13 around 1230 pm I came in to eat. The female manager was loudly reprimanding staff member in the drive through. Which then continued to more of the staff. I felt so terrible for everyone working for her. She then started slamming fry baskets in the fryer. Told some staff they are going home. I heard someone state to her this was manager abuse and she laughed and said don't even try that. The entire restaurant could her be very nasty. This is no way to get good results. This is no way to treat your staff.

Went in 12-8-25 about 6 the food was horrible they was out of most of the things we ordered very short on staff and the food was horrible for 56 dollars

1 star all around the board. It took me 15 minutes to even get my order taken when there were 4 employees with an empty restaurant, and vacant drive through. My order was simple. “A double whopper with nothing on it, nothing at all, plain.” I then Received a fully loaded double whopper which I then returned and asked for a PLAIN double whopper with NOTHING on it. The 2nd time i didn’t even want to go up to the counter because this lady had a terrible attitude and I was intimidated. This amazing bystander offered to go up for me and then when I got my beloved whopper back the 3rd time it was just a single whopper when I had payed extra for the double. This place is the worst Burger King ever and it’s absolutely terrible service terrible workers and terrible everything l.

This is one of my favorite Burger Kings in the tri-state area. (PA./MD./W.V.) I know they have went through some changes over the past year and understand how hard it is for human beings to work in this undervalued industry. My husband and I are vegetarians and we love how they take their time and deliver a perfect meal each time. We have always been treated nice, and with professionalism. I can't say much about the other patrons they have to contend with because I personally couldn't do their job and put up with that much daily hate and ignorance. Thank you for your consistency in food quality and customer service. 🤗

Hash browns were a little strange. I got a mix of fresh with old ones. I mean really old. The fresh ones taste like some kind of chemical and the old ones, well i didn't even try to put that in my mouth.
Staff was very unprofessional and lackluster. Stood at the line for about 10 minutes while workers would walk by and look at me and not take my order. The restaurant itself was also extremely cold and uncomfortable. When taking my order the cashier seemed very uninterested and was a bit rude.

Took forever for anyone to respond to the drive thru, almost left. Order taker didn't put it in correctly until the third try. I was the only person in the drive thru but still had to pull around into a spot. After waiting 10 more minutes they brought my order out but it was very salty and no receipt. Im local to this one and won't ever be back it has been shit service since they opened.

I showed up to an empty restaurant at 2pm and waited 30 minutes for a whopper and fries, even as orders that were placed after mine were served. I finally asked and was told they were waiting on fresh fries. It's lunch time, why are we running out of fries? Especially considering there were a ton of employees standing around at the counter for the first fifteen minutes I was waiting. The people were nice enough, but the wait was totally unacceptable.
