Hash browns were a little strange. I got a mix of fresh with old ones. I mean really old. The fresh ones taste like some kind of chemical and the old ones, well i didn't even try to put that in my mouth.

Staff was very unprofessional and lackluster. Stood at the line for about 10 minutes while workers would walk by and look at me and not take my order. The restaurant itself was also extremely cold and uncomfortable. When taking my order the cashier seemed very uninterested and was a bit rude.

Took forever for anyone to respond to the drive thru, almost left. Order taker didn't put it in correctly until the third try. I was the only person in the drive thru but still had to pull around into a spot. After waiting 10 more minutes they brought my order out but it was very salty and no receipt. Im local to this one and won't ever be back it has been shit service since they opened.

I showed up to an empty restaurant at 2pm and waited 30 minutes for a whopper and fries, even as orders that were placed after mine were served. I finally asked and was told they were waiting on fresh fries. It's lunch time, why are we running out of fries? Especially considering there were a ton of employees standing around at the counter for the first fifteen minutes I was waiting. The people were nice enough, but the wait was totally unacceptable.

Walked in they seem like they didn’t wanna welcome my presence don’t know if it was racism or what, I stood at the front counter waiting for someone to take my order and all employees either ignored me and one walked right pass me if you are of any minority I would stay away.

Try to get one single order right without any mistakes..... IMPOSSIBLE!!! These clowns don't g.a.f. about you or what you ordered. Go in and keep your expectations as low as possible and you just might be okay with eating whatever they give you, because it will NOT be what you asked for.

Ordered through the drive through at a not busy time and it took 30+ minutes to get our food! Avoid like the plague this place is very poorly run.

It's probably the best BK to.
Staff are friendly. Place is clean.
The wopper was delicious. Bun was fresh. Meat was perfect.
Legit, the best BK.
Staff had country music running.
7 stars for all you hard workers here.

Ordered a Milkshake in the drive thru and waited in the parking lot for 23 minutes before going in and getting a refund. This BK is ran extremely bad.

This burger king has consistently since opening been the worst representation of a burger king I've ever been to. I can count on 1 hand how many times ive gotten the correct order from the actual drive thru window. This morning was a new twist with a half hot half cold sandwich. Seems they try to invent new ways to disappoint you. I cant say anything for the inside of the building I don't care to waste my time.

Missed the mark, my whopper jr came without meat or cheese and the tiniest amount of lettuce, one end slice of a small tomato and a single slice of pickles. I’m done with this chain and this location specifically needs some training.
