Walked in they seem like they didn’t wanna welcome my presence don’t know if it was racism or what, I stood at the front counter waiting for someone to take my order and all employees either ignored me and one walked right pass me if you are of any minority I would stay away.

Try to get one single order right without any mistakes..... IMPOSSIBLE!!! These clowns don't g.a.f. about you or what you ordered. Go in and keep your expectations as low as possible and you just might be okay with eating whatever they give you, because it will NOT be what you asked for.

Ordered through the drive through at a not busy time and it took 30+ minutes to get our food! Avoid like the plague this place is very poorly run.

It's probably the best BK to. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. The wopper was delicious. Bun was fresh. Meat was perfect. Legit, the best BK. Staff had country music running. 7 stars for all you hard workers here.

Ordered a Milkshake in the drive thru and waited in the parking lot for 23 minutes before going in and getting a refund. This BK is ran extremely bad.

This burger king has consistently since opening been the worst representation of a burger king I've ever been to. I can count on 1 hand how many times ive gotten the correct order from the actual drive thru window. This morning was a new twist with a half hot half cold sandwich. Seems they try to invent new ways to disappoint you. I cant say anything for the inside of the building I don't care to waste my time.

Missed the mark, my whopper jr came without meat or cheese and the tiniest amount of lettuce, one end slice of a small tomato and a single slice of pickles. I’m done with this chain and this location specifically needs some training.

I ordered the Steakhouse Bacon Whopper this evening with no tomato. It came with no tomato (good job) but also no A1 steak sauce as it's description said.

Tried to use drive thur in Hancock MD was told was now open .Very unhappy need have drive thur poen when store is open your close the store.

I had a late lunch.. The Whopper, still the best fast burger on the planet. Still great, the onion rings were cool and a bit old, but still tasted good, probably because it was so late.

Great service, excellent staff, copious crowns. Dealt with an entire bus load of 8th grade band kids like pros! Homie local cuisine

My wife got a jr whopper no onion got home it had much onion not to mention nasty french fry tasted like yesterdays i got a steakhouse bacon whopper no mayo got to house covered in mayo sandwich sucked be time and asty onion rings sucked last trip for me not enough helper that BK worst one i have ever went to i say close it down put in a Wendys
