“My husband and I stopped yesterday for lunch. The food is good quality, a good quantity at a very reasonable price, and served by very friendly owners. The owners checked several times to see if everything was to our liking and to see if we needed anything. They treat you better then family ?. I wish it was closer to home for us but we will definitely be back the next time we are in Hancock!”

“Second time here and first time getting crabs. The best crabs I've ever tasted! They didn't have a fishy, water logged taste like most restaurants. We bought the large and they didn't disappoint. We usually go to Fisherman's Crab Deck in Kent Narrows but didn't want to drive that far this time. Heavy crabs came out piping hot. Lots of Old Bay. The best thing is only $75 for a dozen!!! Mediums were $40!. We'll be back! Thank you so much!!”

“I stopped for a quick lunch, and got the soup of the day and a salad. The salad was very fresh, and very big, I took more than half of it home with me. Cream of Crab soup was the soup of the day, and it was FANTASTIC. The BEST cream of crab soup I have ever had.”

“As previously reviewed this place is a gem. The lot isn't the biggest for semi's but it's very quiet at night. The store and bathrooms are super clean. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra 20+ miles away from the petro and act fuel stops in Hagerstown, they are clusters and spots fill fast in the afternoon. This will be a regular stop for us wherever we are trucking. If this place had showers and a laundry it would be the ultimate spot in the area. We appreciate this stores cleanliness and friendliest. There's also a small ittle Caesars and IHOP inside, BK is next door.”

“We were greeted by Heather as soon as we walked in!! She seated us and was also our waitress. Heather saw that we had young children with us, so she seated us in the best location for kids. She offered to get the children's food order 1st and that worked wonderfully! Our food and service was exceptional. We enjoyed our experience and we returned a few days later and Heather waited on us again! Exceptional service once again. The food was cooked perfectly and served nice and hot! We need more people like Heather, she is kind, friendly and patient! A+++. We will certainly be back again!”

“Excellent food!! For the quality of food you are being served, the prices are quite decent. I don’t mind paying more when I know high quality ingredients are being used! We order frequently for our office from here, as well as myself personally ordering for lunch some days as well. Customer service is always great, the girls I typically encounter out front are wonderful 😊! They seem to have a good routine and crew working together even during the busiest of times. I had the pleasure of trying the pizza yesterday, so good 😋🍕 the cold-cut subs are my favorite 🥪 do yourself a favor and check them out!”

“Dear Mr. Anonymous, who "escorted" me out the door last night after demanding that I move my truck. I am 77, have two bad legs and knees (5 operations with metal inserts), had never been there before, and saw a car parked next to the building. I parked there, too. There were NO signs indicating the space as a no parking area. Put up a sign so old guys like me will know. I had to drive out to 522 to access Mercer Street, which you have now cut off as "private property". How can that be, when it was an open, two-way street I used for years before you fenced it off? I don't have a cell phone or facebook or any of that other crap that "everyone else" has that magically puts someone in the know: "You're the only one". You may have the best burgers in town - as I have been told - but I'll never know. I'll NEVER return, and hope we never cross paths again. Have a nice day.”

“I've been to Ellen's twice now. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the food is wonderful! The gentleman who hosts, I believe his name is Anthony? He is very friendly and explains the process with a lot of detail. I didn't feel overwhelmed at all despite there being at least 50 different options for tea! Haha.

The only thing I found to be dissatisfying is that the entrance to the tea room you have to walk around grass. There isn't a clear pathways. Those who have mobility issues or wear heels, be aware!”
