This location is great because it's in a small town, safe area, friendly staff and clean restaurant. However, the only complaint I would have is that the food isn't always hot and the wait is a tad longer than usual. I tried to go several times and every time something is wrong. The last time I went was the last straw, hard stale buns, burned patties, mislabeled chicken fingers... I'm done. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
I see the three reviews for this place at the time of me writing mine were done roughly around the time of this place opening. You can see that this was during a period of growing pains for this location and I'm sorry that they were expecting stellar service for a place that just opened with new employees that never worked at a BK before.
