I'll start with saying I'm not a fan of BK (no offense), but family was hungry and they were openThey were so busy and it looked like there were may be 2 people working but they were knocking out orders faster than you could imagine and were friendly and helpful as could be and then some. Specifically, Morgan assisted me and seeing someone so friendly, passionate about the job and welcoming was truly refreshing after a long trip.I'm not from the area but if I ever return, I'm coming back just for the atmosphere and incredible service!

This location is great because it's in a small town, safe area, friendly staff and clean restaurant. However, the only complaint I would have is that the food isn't always hot and the wait is a tad longer than usual. I understand the wait because things happen but I've been here several times and it's been about 50/50 chance of having hot food.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is amazing!Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid-friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available
I tried to go several times and every time something is wrong. The last time I went was the last straw, hard stale buns, burned patties, mislabeled chicken fingers... I'm done. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I see the three reviews for this place at the time of me writing mine were done roughly around the time of this place opening. You can see that this was during a period of growing pains for this location and I'm sorry that they were expecting stellar service for a place that just opened with new employees that never worked at a BK before. As for me, my experience was basically the polar opposite of their experiences. I was just happy to notice that Hancock finally has some variety if you are in need of a bite to eat. When I saw the sign along the road indicating that Burger King was now an option at this exit. I made sure to stop to take it in. This is located at a BFS service station. Kind of like a truck stop or rest stop along a highway. Kind of fitting that this is off I-70 prior to the I-68 Interchange. I pulled in and went inside and you can tell this is a newer location. Mostly tidy and with all you come to expect from a Burger King. I placed my order and was ready to wait a bit, but surprisingly my order was ready mostly by the time that I filled my drink. Went to my table and started to dig in. I'm a bit mad at myself because I forgot to say onion rings, but I got my fill with them being on the Rodeo Burger. All my food was prepared fresh and to the BK standard. By the looks of it, this location came out of their growing pains for the better. Everything flowed and I was on my way once I filled myself up.

If you like sitting in a parking lot for 40 minutes waiting on your food this is the place for you.
Always have the wrong order, always pulled to the front to wait for food. Waiting more than 30 minutes. You’d be best to go to a sit down restaurant than come here.

Chicken sandwich very salty, 4 pieces of lettuce and 1/2 tsp of mayo. Had to go next door to get change to purchase order. Jr cheeseburger was ok.

The food was made right and it was fresh. Had problems with that in the past with this store so awesome job. The manager mike was very polite. I will be back Thanks for making it a great stop

Manager had 7 employees standing around and handed me 3 cups to fill up. Note I'm picking up for door dash. I ask whose the manager. Lady who handed me the cups to fill up myself was the manager. She needs fired . You got kids working their. She is no manager. Good luck with that place. Was the only one in the restaurant.
