My partner and I stopped in over the weekend on a whim and so glad we did! The hotdogs were on point and the drinks were delicious! Such a fun atmosphere and the staff there were so funny and friendly! What we thought would be a one drink and dog kinda stop ended up being an hours long fun time meeting new friends! Be back there if we ever come back in town!
I was amazed at how good the hot dog was. Stephanie, the bartender, was very welcoming.
We had a blast at The Cardinal Bar! The owners were incredible... Friendly, hilarious, and so much fun. We will absolutely be coming back!

The Cardinal Bar is a welcoming and fun spot in Berkeley Springs with a relaxed, no-frills atmosphere. It is extremely clean and a popular place with locals and visitors alike. The bar offers drinks like a spicy bloody mary, made with vodka soaked in peppers, and the Harris Teeter pineapple vodka drink. They have a grill and hot dogs are their thing, including a veggie dog option; the hot dogs are described as phenomenal. The bartenders are wonderful, entertaining, quick, and cool. It is a great spot for a good drink.
