Spent 6.19 for a HB Nashville Hot Sandwich and I drove home and the Sandwich isn't in the bag. Kinda ridiculous. It wasn't too busy.

Food was good, service was decent. People were nice. However, the lobby was filthy. It smelled like fryer grease, the chairs and tables had a tacky feel to them and there were about 4 tables without food crumbs. The high chairs were filthy and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Not great in the way of cleanliness.

Drop by Hancock one early morning and opted to try Hardees. First time to dine. Spacious with lots of dining tables. Service was quick. Had smoked sausage biscuit and black coffee for dine in. Sausage was tasty with touch of sage but lots of salt; coffe was surprisingly aromatic and strong. Not technology friendly-nowhere to charge battery or laptop.
This feels very nice and the curly fries were really good.!!

Constantly messes up orders by forgetting to remove items specifically requested, never seems to understand what “light ice” means, sometimes denies my DoorDash orders, and just generally create an unpleasant experience especially when their general manager Amber is there. Their prices are a bit high to have such low quality service.
