Food was good, service was decent. People were nice. However, the lobby was filthy. It smelled like fryer grease, the chairs and tables had a tacky feel to them and there were about 4 tables without food crumbs. The high chairs were filthy and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Not great in the way of cleanliness.

Drop by Hancock one early morning and opted to try Hardees. First time to dine. Spacious with lots of dining tables. Service was quick. Had smoked sausage biscuit and black coffee for dine in. Sausage was tasty with touch of sage but lots of salt; coffe was surprisingly aromatic and strong. Not technology friendly-nowhere to charge battery or laptop.

Employee shoved receipt into cups which is disgusting. Only one ice dispenser worked. Sandwich wrapper had a sauce on it that shouldn't have been there that ended up on sandwich. Would not stop at this location again
