We had dinner and our favorite waitress Hess was wonderful as always. The hot turkey sandwiches were delicious. We even had apple pie for dessert. The front house manager is awesome. The two of them always make our visits brighter.

I’ve ordered many times from this place and have never once got my full order. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt just because I know how stressful restaurant work can be, but today I was just fed up with it.
I ordered 2 full meals. When I got my order, I only got the pancakes, the waffle and a very very small amount of hash browns and ham for one order. I did not even receive the other half of my food I was supposed to get.
Come on man, it’s not hard to double check orders when bagging them up or handing them off to the customer. It could avoid a situation like this one.

She greeted us with a beautiful smile and much happiness to be of service to her customers was very evident. I had to compliment her on her willingness to serve others. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.
We also had the pleasure of interacting with Katelynn, Sara, and Hailey during our visit. Whether it was refilling drinks, checking in with a warm smile, or helping to clear the table, they worked together like a well-oiled machine. It’s rare to see such a high level of teamwork and professionalism from an entire front-of-house staff.
Each of them brought their own charm and personality, making the atmosphere feel inviting and upbeat. You could tell they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do.

Very disappointed with the food. Server and service was good.atmosphere was good. But I certainly expected better food. Home fries aren't even Home fries and not sure about the sausage. Breakfast for 2 with tip was 40 bucks. Won't be back to any ihop.
