We stopped to get food last night and had problems getting the food we ordered, after talking to the waitress, hostess, they were going g on the kitchen and cooking food also because the cook didn't feel like working at this time.If you don't like your job, quit, it only makes all the other employees job that much harder than it needs to be, do better!

I truly love this place because I never had such amazing Chocolate pancakes before. But this is going to be my stop on my way home when I visit Maryland. Try adding strawberries it's delicious together with the Chocolate Pancakes.

The food was fine, the service was good but the low rating comes from one simple thing.
When you get an omelet it comes with pancakes or hash browns or toast. Most places its hashbrowns and toast or pancakes. Not here, fine, so I ordered a side of multigrain toast. I got one single slice of tast cut in half, again, fine. The issue is I was charged $3.00 for one slice of toast! A few bucks more and you can buy a whole loaf. When I asked about it they said it was fair cause its a bigger slice of bread, which it actually is not.
Shame on them for fleecing people so much. If you are gonna pull that crap at least make it clear that its that much and for one piece of toast so people can make an informed decision.

started off as a bad experience. the waitress was rude, my other friend’s food came out cold, there was a worm in my pancake..ihop claimed it was a hash brown cooked in with it but the shape and roundness of it does not seem like a hasbrown more like a meal worm. then about 15 mins later i was in the bathroom sick.

Me and my girlfriend ordered online for pickup I got the chicken tender meal that comes with 5 tenders and fries and when we got home to eat it there were only two tenders and a handful of fries with them also being cold. Waste of money 🤦🏻

We had dinner and our favorite waitress Hess was wonderful as always. The hot turkey sandwiches were delicious. We even had apple pie for dessert. The front house manager is awesome. The two of them always make our visits brighter.

I’ve ordered many times from this place and have never once got my full order. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt just because I know how stressful restaurant work can be, but today I was just fed up with it.
I ordered 2 full meals. When I got my order, I only got the pancakes, the waffle and a very very small amount of hash browns and ham for one order. I did not even receive the other half of my food I was supposed to get.
Come on man, it’s not hard to double check orders when bagging them up or handing them off to the customer. It could avoid a situation like this one.
