First of all I work in the service industry as a bartender and have also worked as a manager and a server. Maybe hire some more employees, waiting for 3-4 minutes to be helped with an empty restaurant didn’t make sense. I see a deal for a thin crust pepperoni for a certain price, ask about different toppings and the conversation had with John M. let me know that different toppings would be extra. I asked for a half pepperoni half cheese and he still charged me extra. When I asked about being charged more for half the toppings on the same pizza, he mentioned charging me for a regular pepperoni is “against company policy”. This didn’t make sense to me and frankly would have appreciated being told that removing half the toppings would also incur a charge.

So my husband ordered two pizzas at 2:00 to be ready by 5:00 when he got off work and he gets there at the pickup time and they forgot to even make our pizzas?! Why offer early ordering if you’re not going to have them ready? He said they weren’t busy and literally forgot to even start our order. So he’s sat for 25 mins when he was supposed to just be able to grab them and come home. I see why y'all have such bad ratings.

The staff there sucks, I called 20 minutes prior to order a Large Stuffed Crust with Pepperoni, and I asked if I could have both types of sauce on each side and the bigger guy who is like 500 lbs screamed at me, saying NO WHY DO YOU THINK WE COULD DO THAT, then I got there in person and the nice guy in the back wasn’t allowed to use the register so he had to go get the BIG guy out of the restroom who yelled back at him and as he ranged me up he said he didn’t put pepperoni on the stuffed crust, so I asked for pepperoni then he pulled out a hot n ready and said that will be $22, that guy is incompetent and doesn’t know customer service, please fire him!
I like little Caesar’s but will be going to Pizza Hut until you guys make staff changes, I’ll pay $22 for competent employees!

The worst pizza I have ever ate . It tasted like the heated up a old pizza . When you call the manger said bring it back and I will see what I can do really I live 20 away and I was not driving back. Please don't order from them the are nasty and rude back to Pizza Hut from now on !!

On 9/7 I went to the little Caesar in Hancock md at 5:30pm to get a hot n ready pizza and they had none of any of the pizzas or wings breadsticks and was told 25 mins so I left. Today 9/8 I decided to give it another shot at 6:45pm same thing!! Not one thing om the Hot and ready menu and told 20 mins this time. I waited this time as I really wanted pizza but this is bad management and poor planning at its best. 2 other people walked out so its losing business too.
