Seriously the most disappointing, the food was what was expected. Bottled soda, paper plates, food was delivered to table in to go boxes. Service wasn't great. Sucked puts it mildly.

Dined in . There was no fountain drinks. Bottles drinks. Only paper plates and plastic forks. Was served our pizza in a 2 go box and breadsticks in a 2 go bag. Food was good .

Although the food was decent, pizza hut has gone downhill. Not sure if this is like this only at the Hancock, MD location. But dining in is such an impersonal experience there now. They only have bottled beverages, disposable silverware and dishes, your food comes boxed up to your table. The menu only includes a few things, they no longer offer salads. Really disappointing.

Stopped in for a quick take home pizza after a long day of traveling. I didn't order ahead, just stopped in, placed and order and waited. Kiera took our order and had it back to us in a quick fashion. Pizza is good, hadn't had Pizza Hut in years. Would stop in again.

Ordered and was told to pick up at 5:15 today. We finally got out of the restaurant at 5:45 after being told that they had forgot a part of the order. From that point on they gave part of our order to another order to complete it, then were completely ignored by a person named Misy who I guess was the manager. The only reason we got our food was because of a wonderful employee named Aleca (I think?) who finally got our food together. Zero stars.Update 7/1/23Tried to eat in and apparently corporate has taken out their drink and ice machine in addition to dishes and literally anything to eat in with. So basically they brought us Boxed up pizza & breadsticks with paper plates, paper towels, and bottles of soda/water to drink. I'm not quite sure why they would even keep their dining area open if it's pretty obvious they don't intend to actually provide the necessities to dine in. Strange, right? Food was okay, but outside of that it's still a 1 star. Go try the new IHOP, or since you can only do carryout already, Little Ceasars.

Ordered three pizzas, only one was made as expected. One came without pepperoni despite being advertised and described as having pepperoni. The other was given with tomato sauce despite ordering it with Alfredo in place of tomato. Mentioned it to the employee and was told I was wrong. Definitely not ordering here again
