Haven’t aite here but I do see a dusty cord with grease also hanging over fries kinda unsanitary and fire hazard if you ask me also here picking up order and not even acknowledged.

Drive-through times are ridiculous. I get the feeling the employees work together to hide shortcomings from management. They often do sketchy things like sit at the first window and tell you not to pull up to the second window. They will check the order as complete, so the timer is not running, but have you wait in the parking lot.

There is a young man who typically works the evening night shift who’s always pleasant. He always answers the drive through with “welcome to BK how can I help you?” If there’s anyone who deserves some recognition it’s him.

I am 11 years old, child of Markia. I went to this Burger King and there were a bunch of teens, which is already a big red flag. I got a 5 dollar meal with a jr whopper, sweet tea and so on. I got it and when I opened the jr whopper, the bun was not the right bun, the patty was smaller than the bun which is usually not because it's the bun with seeds, then my tomato, onions, and lettuce was NOT hot which I like it to be, just like the whopper, and is crazy because it's always hot, then the tea wasn't even sweet, I SAID A SWEET TEA? Like are u right in ur mind? Like umm. Cause I know I ain't crazy. And back to the whopper, the bun was nasty, the whole burger was dry, barely had no sauce or whatever they be putting on that.. type of stuff.. worst experience I ever had with y'all, do better.

Went to this location to order regular cheeseburger with extra pickles. Instead they gave me a plain burger you can tell that the cheese had been sitting on the burger for a long time before they even assembled it. No pickles at all and to make matters worse the fries were cold and hard.
How you looking someone face knowing that the order is wrong and still hand it off ?!?
Will not be returning.

Food was hot and lots of veggies on hamburger good .
I love Burger King. But not this location. Food was bad because of bad oil. All french fries and chicken nuggets were not fresh. Looks old (Soft, Dark) and oily. Also, smells bad. I had a stomach ache after eating all night.

Customer service was not impressive. I told the cashier that the meal was for dining in. Other guests and myself received their orders in a bag, not on a tray. The place wasn’t even busy. The fries were upside-down in the bag. Just laziness. No condiments are out in the dining room (e.g. ketchup, salt pepper.). There was a bucket and mop just sitting in the hallway by the bathrooms blocking. Unsanitary and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Trust me employees, I know it’s BK, but take some happiness in your job and towards your customers. I see no responses to other reviews, so it’s pretty obvious the franchise owner doesn’t care either. Sad times.

1) Customer service is terrible! On several diffrent occasions, I've waited at the counter - for a prolonged period of time - without any form of recognition while they worked to satisfy drive-thru orders. They look at you and completely ignore your presence. A simple, "Welcome to BK, I'll be with you shortly", would suffice. Today this happened once again - last time for me!2) Food is hit or miss, basically a roll of the dice in terms of freshness, hot, and/or correct order.3) I'd recommend you find another BK, this particular store is a complete and utterly let down! [Simply my opinion].

Ordered small fries with No Salt and Nuggets. Both were almost cold and the nuggets tasted like they were made last week. If I wanted Cold Food I would have gone to McDonald's.
