Here is a breakdown of my trip to BK. Moral of the story is just go to McDonalds.
7:00 PM: Arrived at BK
7:08 PM: Asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for a $12 order
7:18 PM: The food I had to wait to be “freshly made” arrives cold
7:20 PM: Ask the order be remade. The employees snatch the order out of my car and throw it in the trash. The man working begins screaming and threatening me so I ask to just be refunded since he is so upset having to remake the order.
7:30 PM: The employee leaves the store and chases me into the street all the way to the bank across the street while attempting to grab me.
7:50 PM: Police arrive so I have an incident report to show my bank since the employee refused to refund me after throwing my food away.
8:20 PM: Leave the BK as the employee screams at me
8:35 PM: Arrive at McDonalds
8:37 PM: Got hot food from McDonalds, plus a free pie after telling them my BK horror story

Came in today the lady passing out the orders was very rude nasty poor customer service it's not fair that us paying customer's have to deal with employees like her because you don't wanna work i won't be coming back they need people that wants to work with a smile

Store is fine its the app that sucks and Corp customer service. I picked this location but the app choose one that I used before. Corp wants to give me a $15 credit to add to my app, my order was $27.

Picked up a few mobile orders for the office via the drive thru and was greatly disappointed with the portion given for a small fry. The container wasn't even half full. For the inflated price of the small fry, I would think it would at the very least be filled to the top. I will no longer come to this location or encourage my office mates to order from here.

Not worth $20 for z breakfast sammies. I just went here bc it was the closest to me than McDonald's. DRIVE TO MCDONALD'S. the egg was more than half as small and only one peice of bacon ripped in half. What the hell??!

I have never ordered food from here and NOT been asked to pull around and wait. No matter what I order, it's always pull around and wait. They are doing some sketchy drive through window stuff so it doesn't look like they are taking too long with orders I bet. I dare corporate to try and order anything from here after 5pm and see if they have to pull around and wait. As I sit here typing this the car behind me in the drive through just pulled up next to me to wait as well. Get your employees in line and make them do their job the right way!

Was a decent experience. Ordered online and received orders in a reasonable amount of time. Fries were cold, but the burgers and chicken fries were hot and fresh.
