Taqueria Mi Pueblo LLC is a small taco truck/trailer serving real, no-BS authentic Mexican food. The food is absolutely delicious, packed with flavor from start to finish, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. The tacos are straight up legit with well-seasoned meat, fresh toppings, and that authentic street-style taste. The chicken and steak tacos are amazing and come with two sauces (spicy habanero and chile verde?), sliced lime, a roasted shishito pepper, and radish. The gordita was on point, perfectly cooked, soft but with that slight crisp. The quesabirria tacos are 10/10, and the burrito ahogado exceeded expectations with tender steak and a side of rice and beans. The quesadillas are loaded, cheesy, and full of flavor. The rice is perfectly seasoned, the veggies are fresh, and the meat is tender and juicy. The creamy sauce on top adds the perfect richness. The owners are so sweet, extremely respectful, and amazing people to chat with. The customer service is great, and the food is made in a timely manner. Anytime someone visits, the food is great.
