Absolutely love this place
Fast. I mean wow. I was in the area for training. Charwood was recommended. Why not? Entered the deli and the place was packed. I thought, “well, this will take a while”.
It took 7 minutes. Very impressed. The food was fine. Got a salad with bulgogi. Tasty. Bulgogi was a bit greasy, but still tasty.
I was there for the speed really.

This place is a true gem in today's day and age. Charwood Deli is a true lunch counter that prioritizes their patrons with a nourishing and affordable experience. If you want traditional deli offerings, they have that. If you want excellent Bulgogi on a cheesesteak or burrito bowl, once again, they have that. This establishment is a default choice for me anytime I don't have leftovers for lunch. Charwood Deli is a beacon of hope in a sea of PE and VC owned lunch slop.
