The wettest burrito bowl I’ve ever seen. They were assembling orders and not keeping up with them so it got to the register and everyone was confused. The drink machine was down so i asked for water and got a warm bottle. Stepped into the restroom to wash my hands and directly into a large pool of urine across bathroom floor. Tables were unclean. This chipotle was disgusting. I’ll be more surprised if I don’t get food poisoning than if I do.
Each time I think this location is improving it regresses back to poor customer service. I went by today to locked doors (no sign on door) with a woman yelling from her car that they are only taking online orders. Several of us did NOT want to make an online order. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come to the door. I don't understand how online orders are more important than customers who specifically took the time to go there to order.
