This has to be the worst Chipotle in Maryland the customer service IS TRASH NOT ONCE BUT THE 3XS IVE BEEN HERE THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD AND EVERY SINGLE TIME IVE PRE ORDERED THEYVE MESSED MY ORDER UP AS IF THEY can't read !! My final issue was when I ordered via uber eats once again I ordered 2 burrito bowl with chicken they gave me 2 veggie bowls NO CHICKEN OF COURSE I GOT A REFUND BUT CHIPOTLE CAN COUNT THR DAYS THE FOOD IS TRASH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOO!!

Can't go here anymore because they do nothing about the drugged out people standing outside the store harassing people / panhandling. It's been going on for months. What is the property management doing about it? Nothing. Was going to stop today but drove on by, he was out there again today right outside the door. I know they see it.

Normally not one to write reviews but this chipotle location lacked immensely. I ordered my food online and got there at the specified time. My food was cold and they forgot my drink and chips that I paid for causing me to go back. The food was sloppy and the avocado peels in the guacamole wasn’t a good touch! Don’t recommend online ordering through them.

My husband and I often order from this location and there’s some major issues with this company. Employees are rude, to which I’m empathetic with, but what isn’t okay is making customers uncomfortable by purposely making it KNOWN that they don’t want to be there. Whenever I ask for extra sour cream or extra ANYTHING, they just don’t do it? But they still charge me for it? The most recent incident was when I ordered a bowl with chicken & steak. They charged me for the extra meat but when I finally opened my bowl, there was only steak, and it was only ONE small scoop of steak. Coming from a person who’s worked multiple food service jobs, this is inexcusable. Your wallets are better off at a different location.

I don’t understand why the workers get so mad when I ask for extra sour cream. I always say I would like sour cream in the burrito and on the side because they don’t even put enough sour cream in the burrito to begin with. Also, I like more sour cream on my burritos anyways. So, today around 11:20ish am, the lady (don’t know her name but she’s a Spanish woman) acted like she didn’t want to give me sour cream twice. She kept saying “you want it in the burrito and on the side?” like 4 times, and I had to keep saying yes. I don’t understand what’s so hard to comprehend about that. She caught an attitude because I watched her put the sour cream in the burrito and the cup. There’s no reason why she should have a nasty attitude with me about that. It was unnecessary and disgusting to look at. And I shouldn’t have to repeat myself more than twice, because she knew what I asked but she didn’t want me to have both. She needs to control her emotions and stop having attitudes because a customer wants a little bit more of sour cream. GROW UP!
